Strong customer service is important for any business to thrive and be successful. The management team at here recognizes this... and was very kind and courteous in making sure that the mistakes that were made on my first order were resolved. The chickensandwich is delicious and flavorful. The meat is nice and juicy and the chicken is well battered. The French fries are yourtypical Costco-style fries which I do not mind. One small advice though is that they should use a bigger piece of lettuce and alittle bit less sauce. Overall, I am happy with their level of service and quality of food and do give praise and respect forthem acknowledging their mistakes and ensuring that the customer is left being happy. I absolutely enjoyed the flavour and freshness of the burgers. I have tasted the majority of their burgers including the sides... options such as the fries and onion rings and that were crispy and delicious. Also, the milkshakes and funnel cakes tastedincredibly satisfying. Overall, it was a splendid experience having lunch over there during school break alongside otherschoolmates.
