Service is slow, got employees playing around instead of working, and they always forget food, and the food they don?t forget is... trash, I found hair in my food. Employees are very rude, I told them that they forgot food in my bag and the lady got anattitude with me and said ?I?m doing the best I can? as she was just sitting in the dining area not working. Food we ordered was okay but we had to adjust our order. Unfortunately it wasn?t what we were looking forward to eating. My wife... was looking forward to sides of dirty rice and pinto beans but the sides station was disgusting. There was food droppingsscattered all over the station, the food in the containers looked well past it?s prime, what little there was. Fries were atbest warm and limp though chicken and biscuits were hot. And, this was just after 6 PM, not some off hour. Read more
Went in this morning at 645 to get coffee because our power was out.They said we could come in but they would not have breakfast... till 700. I asked about the other customer who was clearly reading the paper and having coffee and they said he was a regular. Iguess in pickens sc they get to choose who they can service and who they refuse service to. Never been treated like this at anyother bojangles and I have been to a lot. Sad that we will now need to drive to Easley because the one in pickens doesn?t wantto serve us. Read more
Being honest, my food 9 times out of ten was hot and fresh. I gave 4 stars just because the speed has got to improve yall. The... workers are always nice, foods pretty good. But I have had to wait 15 mins before. GREAT PLACE STILL. But certainly isn't theplace you go when your in a hurry. Read more
Don't get me wrong I love Bojangles, I have no complaints about the food. But one day I decided to go in the other week to order... my food. Never again. There were a bunch of high school kids cussing running around also vaping in the lobby?! Heard some sweetladies say they would never come back! They need to get that under control!!! Read more
No Biscuits ? I usually like Bojangles in Pickens... But today not so much... I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders with slaw and... a Bojangles' chicken sandwich with fries. They told me they didn't have biscuits so I could order another side in its place so Iordered another coleslaw, well they left out the coleslaw and everything else was very cold like it had been sitting around along time... It will be a long time before I trust that place again. Read more
normally like this location but their front doors are never locked. multiple people who may work there are eating on the inside.... Drive through line you will wait 20-25 minutes before you get to the speaker to even order. Read more
