Went thru the drive thru since there was only 3 vehicles in line. I sat in line for 45 minutes. (I couldn't leave since I was... blocked in). I ordered 4 frosties. No wonder people in front of us in line were stepping out and leaving. They were incredibly slow. It seemed that their primary... focus was on the drive thru orders, mobile and door dash orders. The kiosks for ordering at the counter weren?t working. Youcould choose your food but the payment wouldn?t process. They should have had an out of order sign on them. Once that attempt atordering failed, we ended up in line behind people that had arrived after us. We gave up and went elsewhere when anothercustomer was seen bringing his order back to get something corrected. Very disappointed. Traveling and no time for this kind ofdelay. We got food elsewhere. Waited 10 mins to order maybe 1 person eating in the store. Really felt racially discriminated cashier acted like she didn't... want to take our order. Ordered a large strawberry frosty only filled it just over half way. We were starred at by theemployees. Sad I had to write this I will never eat here again. Read more

Me and my sister decided we would go to Wendy?s tonight, we first went to the drive through then decided we would just eat... inside last minute. We sat by the door and then we examined our food to make sure it was right. As we go to eat my sister seensomething and then I looked and it was a rat! I screamed and we threw our food and drinks away that was $20 (BTW). Ran out anddidn?t look back. 1/10 , definitely don?t recommend, is this even FDA APPROVED ???!!!!! Read more
Slowest service every time and the workers are normally rude. Also 9/10 my order gets messed up. Today I had two people go... before me when I was at the drive thru first and then waited 15 for my one sandwich which was wrong. Read more
