Went to store located at 1701 Highway 43 North in picayune. I ordered a tuna fish salad in a bowl. Lettuce tomatoes pickles and... a couple cucumbers. Didn't really pay attention, but when I got home and opened the bag to see this $8.68 joke of a salad Ireceived there wasn't enough food in this small bowl to feed a 4-year-old. I will never go back to this place again. If anyoneis looking to get ripped off visit this location. Other than that I would avoid it like the plague.. it doesn't deserve one starbut that was the minimum I could give it. Read more

??Food good, as always?? However, I wanted to get the offered deal by ordering via the app. I added the two subs me & my hubby... wanted to the cart, went into the cart to edit the toppings on mine but I tried & tried to do it but it wouldn't let me get tothe screen were a customer can edit quantity (how much) of each topping i.e. regular, extra or none to remove a topping i.e.: pickles, cukes, jalapeños, none. Pitiful service. I suppose service is a thing of the past. When I walked in, there was already one person standing at the... counter waiting to be served while one employee was working with the drink dispenser and another was in the back and on twooccasions stuck her head out of the door and looked out as to see how many people were standing there. I took a seat whilewaiting, eventually the girl working with the drink dispenser finished with what she was doing went behind the counter and withlittle to no enthusiasm asked the gentleman that was already waiting if he could be helped. While waiting on him the stuck herhead out again from the back. After the gentleman in front of me was served I gave my order and the employee made my sandwichwith the speed of a person that figures I?m here all day anyway. This is the worst subway. Placed an order to be ready at 12:30pm an hour before. When I arrived and checked in on app, I waited... for 10 minutes before going in to check on food. I get being busy at lunchtime, but they had no clue what was going on. The dudeat register was totally clueless. He asked another employee about diner dash ticket?? Then his light bulb turned on and said oh,here it is and printed my order. It wasn?t even made. I told I would outside waiting. At 1pm, I walked back to check again onfood, and still not done. The girl wrapped my sandwich and said here. I took and said thanks. I get home and it wrong. Thesandwich literally has mozzarella in the name. How do not make it with mozzarella? I get having to start somewhere with a job,but this place has to stop hiring crackheads that can?t read and don?t care. Called store to let them know, phone just rings andrings. The service I received from the girl who worked the night shift at this location today (04/09/2019) was the most terrible... service I've gotten all year from ANY restaurant. The minute I entered the restaurant (around 8.20pm), she said to me out loudwith an attitude "I'm never gonna go home!!!". She was so upset that I walked in at that time to get my salad and continued tolet me know that through her movements and physical actions. After I ordered my chopped salad, I couldn't just believe the wayshe chopped it. She chopped it very loud and unnecessarily strong and aggressively, as if she is getting all her frustrationout, making me very uncomfortable. Then she proceeded to give me a teeny tiny bit of dressing when i asked it on the side. Itwas way little, so I had to nicely ask her to give me a little bit more. She looked at me in the eye, sighed, and gave a veryfrustrated attitude, and then gave me more dressing as I asked. Anyways, I was able to maintain patience and a calm attitude thewhole time, knowing it will be over soon and I will be out of there. But on my way home, I was thinking how bad the service wasand I should let her/the owner know about it. To make it even worse, while I was eating the salad at home, I bit into a piece ofplastic! It should have been from the plastic container she used to chop the salad, given how aggressive she pounded the chopperon it while chopping the salad!
