I usually don?t jump straight into bad reviews but we have had WAY too many undercooked food, specially chicken sandwiches ? not... the Wawa experience I?m used to, not at this location at least. Worst experience at a wawa ever! The bathrooms are gross! Smelled of urine! I tried for 10 min to get a hold of one of two... people in the deli area. But they were too concerned with chatting with each other. I then went to the register. Ask him ifthere was any half gallons of green tea. He said ask the deli I told him I tried. Went to this Wawa location at 10:12 pm on 8/27/22 to pick up a food service order. I did not see order so asked 2 employees both... said would check on it and never did! I was left standing there 20 minutes looking like a fool. I finally cancelled the order,took a AR hit and the customer was left who knows how long waiting for food...or did they even get it!??? The Cashier David came off as rude, and falsely tried to accuse me of stealing water and wanted to check my receipt. Who would... steal water? Come to this location all the time and it's a little insulting. Read more
I used to really like this WAWA, but it?s really gone downhill in the last year or so. They accept orders on the app but don?t... bag and shelve them anymore. So you have to go wait in line to get a bag then go back to the crowded pickup window (which is allof six inches wide and always ALWAYS blocked by someone asking questions of the staff). Ridiculous. If I wanted to wait in thecheckout line for a plastic bag, and get knocked around by the rude customers loitering at the pickup window I would stopordering ahead and just order there. Love stopping at my Wawa in Pennsylvania to load up on the soft pretzels and their cold chai drinks I can't get yet where I live... in Florida, supposed to be having one built right down the street from my home in Saint Augustine Florida for the last 3 yearsit still hasn't been started hoping its here the next year!! ordered two sandwiches and two drinks, they didn?t have the mix to make either of the drinks and they messed up both sandwiches
Even when busy, the line moves quickly. Easier to exit then enter property via vehicle. Foods good. Selection is solid
