Absolutely a gem that I?m glad we?ve discovered. A lovely spread of in house baked goods that will dazzle your tastebuds! The... whole place is vegetarian, have options for all to please. The drink was a lovely bean roasted locally, the baristas wereknowledgeable and so kind! Thank you for your mission, providing quality of life for your employees, the people you serve andthe environment all in one coffee shop. Read more

I've been to Soltane a few times. Every time, I've found the baristas to be friendly and professional. They go above and beyond.... I met a friend for coffee and I brought some whole beans to share with her. The barista saw the beans on the table, came over, and asked us if he could grind some beans and prepare a pour-over for my friend! Not going to get this service anywhere else! Read more

Good cold brew - has rich, full flavor like a cold brew should. The vegan cookie was quite good, very crunchy and full or flavor... seeming to be coconut. With all the baked goods they offer, I just wish they had a couple more vegan options. Read more

Such a cute place to grab a bite! They have really nice outdoor seating, surrounded by hydrangeas. The coffee is excellent, and... eat food item is unique (and is accompanied by a cute little drawing!) Read more

Coffee is amazing! This is probably my favorite place for hot coffee in town. I also really like their ginger scones. There... aren?t many options for food, but you can usually find a tasty pastry. I also like their eco-friendly to-go containers. Read more

This is a cozy Coffee shop with equally warm individuals running the place. My Latte was perfect and had me grabbing another cup... very soon again. The location has lovely street seating too which adds to the charm of having your drink. The place has awonderful social cause behind their operations that makes this place even more desirable and charming for me. Read more

Looming large was the prospect of mediocre coffee from quickie-marts. My necessary java-jolt demanded an exploration of local... independent cafes and eateries. Soltane Bridges Café & Bakery on Bridge Street (the 'Ville's main drag) was my first discovery.I promptly became a fixture and was introduced to its many intriguing qualities. The unique vibe, diverse patrons, specialtylattes (and other drink concoctions), bread loaves from the Green Lion bakery and exceptional in-house, made-from-scratch bakedgoods had me at first visit. Croissants, scones, cookies, pies ? the list is as long as the glass case behind from which theybeckon. Soltane's signature coffee is the brand known as Counter Culture. Presently, I'm sipping their "Iridescent" winterblend with berry, chocolate, and sweet tasting notes. Bring your own mug and receive a 75-cent discount! However, don't eventhink of ordering a tall, grande, or venti-sized cuppa unless you're prepared to elicit barely suppressed giggles followed bypolite parlance correction. Read more
