Only 4 people on. 3 in office. One making sandwiches. 7 folks in line. You are here for the people in line. Priorities are... sales. Stocking reports can wait. All hands on deck. Do not hide. Read more

I love how convenient this place is to my house makes it so I don't have to go out of my way to go anywhere. The pizza is as... good as always and the quick grab a slice is always full. The staff on the other hand, although they do their job and quite wellfrom what I've observed they aren't openly friendly. I don't know if this is due to they hate working with each other or becausethey hate their jobs but the atmosphere seems off. They are always polite when I talk to them or ask if I want a bag but theyaren't chatty like the other Byrne Dairys I've been too. It's a bit strange. When I call in who ever answers is very polite andcheerful. Read more

Very poor service. To order a breakfast pizza that only takes 10 minutes to make turned into a 45 minute affair. Poor guy wanted... money out of the ATM only to find there was no money in the ATM. Poor management or supervision. Poor prioritization, efficiencyor motivation. Read more

A great quick stop for gas, beer and smokes ... but if you stop by for a deli sandwich - expect to stand at counter while 2 to 3... employees doing busy work, looking over at you and not saying a word. This is the third time it has happened this summeralone. Today I put the pringles back, back tracked 2 miles to home and straight on to the far better b'ville Byrne Dairy. In allI went an extra 10 miles out of my way. I thought the place was horrible for service when the Reeves owned it (I worked therelong, long ago) ---- I see now it just has a new sign. Oh well. Easy enough to go else where, just means extra time and money toget a decent deli sandwich in a "hurry". Read more

The older lady in the morning is the most miserable person. Won't answer when you say good morning, doesn't smile just looks... miserable and like she hates her job. I have had 3 bad experiences with her and will not go back even though it's on my way towork. Used to fill up my truck every week and get food, drinks and whatever else I needed but I will not go back there again.Have spoken to 4 of my friends that said the same thing about her and also don't go here anymore even though they go by it everyday or live around there. Sad how one person with a bad attitude can turn so many away. Read more

When I moved to Phoenix a long while ago this place was very pleasant and welcoming and filled with virtuous workers. And it was... a genuine pleasure to talk to the people working there. However after a while something happened in their management and theplace went to heck. Unfortunately all the good souls that once worked there either got fired or left. And now only the mostrotten individuals still work there almost like an infection festering in a wound. The service is terrible and the people therehave a rotten attitude. Unfortunately this place has become an eyesore. And whenever I need gas or coffee on my way to work I'llgo the extra mile and go to Circle K which Isn't exactly five star either. But heck they beat Byrne Dairy by a long shot. Read more
