Contistantly good. Always clean for a self serve shop. 11 of the 12 machines were working. Many of these froyo places has 3 or 4... machines out of service at any given time. Lots of toppings. A van load of munchkins came in right before us and cleaned out thebrownies. The manager noticed right away and brought out a whole new tub. The only thing lacking is a water fountain. They dohave water bottles but... And I do wish they had some smaller containers. I wanted to do two different combinations in smallercups so everything wouldn't mix together but what a great 1st world problem to have. Read more

Love this frozen yogurt. Great variety of flavors.
I don't like to leave bad reviews but if this is able to reach the management or owner it's worth it. The individuals you have... running that location have not cleaned it it looks like the entire week. When you walk up to the glass door with fingerprintdisgusting you don't even want to open the door hoping it gets better when you walk in and to see sadly it's just as bad made metrust lose my appetite and we ended up going somewhere else. I would like to address this because I'm sure I am not the only onethat this has happened too. It's dusty it's sticky from the floor to the walls there old yogurt stains everywhere and it lookslike nobody cares so I can't imagine them cleaning those yogurt machines every night like they should. Stopped by for an evening treat and a date. We tried some pumpkin and salted caramel with a good selection of toppings including... but certainly not limited to cheesecake chunks, graham cracker crumbs, dark chocolate chips, and a gummy frog (because whynot?). Yogurt good Topings very good Service good. Place did have a funky smell, like something rotted and they had the front doors... wide open to air the place out. Will go back again. They need to add whipped cream to the condiments. Read more
Showed up two days in a row and they were closed both times an hour earlier than their posted times. When I did catch the place... open. I was promptly told that I couldn't eat inside because they were closing in 5 minutes. The flavors are great. I do notknow if the customer service is an owner issue.. or just having employees that just want to get out of there as soon aspossible. The froyo was good. But the service left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Read more
Got my yogurt and took it to the counter, $19.xx total for 2. I only had a $50 bill and they couldn't accept it. Had to throw... away a bunch of yogurt and lose a customer because of this. Front door says they don't accept apple pay, they should also putmax $20 bill on the door to prevent this. Good luck, but I won't be back. Read more
