This is really a 3 1/2 star review. My friend each order wings, her mild, me medium. At first they brought out the wrong... tables order, but we realized this & they got the right order to us, kinda. My friends wings were way to spicy for her. Theykitchen said she was wrong. The operations manager, Gary, came up with an idea to fix the situation. He was our hero tonight. Read more
Very disappointed when we went for lunch on 11/05/2022. Ally, our server was great, let's put that first. However, the food is a... another story. French fries were cold, Buffalo Chicken Salad was cold and returned. The Fish Sandwich was poorly constructed.The fish was more like fish nuggets instead of a whole piece of fish, the lettuce was cup up into pieces instead of a wholepiece of iceberg that clearly belonged in a salad instead. The place was nice in general and they looked like they had a great mix of drinks per my peer choices (didn't personally drink... that night). But we all ordered a varity of food and we all agreed that we could've gone without. Only the pretzels were goodbut I'd imagine it would be hard to mess that up. Read more
Was not a satisfying experience at all. Wings were ordered extra crispy and came out semi gelatinous. Asked to have them put... on the flattop to crispened only to be told it could not be done. Brought the wings home and threw them in the oven to finishcooking. Been going to Zipps other locations for over 15 years and have always been satisfied. Zipps has been the go to wingspot/sports bar for years Won't be going back to this location. Read more
Great service, happy hour specials, and wings but everything else was just sub-par bad food. Nachos, salad, and onion rings were... terrible! Nachos were just chips - not enough seasoning, cheese or toppings. Salad was brown lettuce with flopping chicken andstale fried onions. Onion rings absolutely awful, tasted like they were originally made three days ago and refried. We didn?tfinish anything except the wings because of how poorly they were executed. The tables were also dirty. Spent $70 total for twopeople (dinner, including tip and tax); how utterly disappointing. Would only come here for cheap drinks and wings during happyhour and bring our own wipes for the tables. Read more
Love those golden medium wings with a basket of fries. Service is always great especially with Shane or Sean. The place has a... nice atmosphere where you can take your children before ten and after that is for adults only. This is a favorite place. Read more
I came here to eat with my friends for dinner on 8/4. The bill came out to $16. I wrote $20 in the ?Total? section of the bill... and yet I was charged $36. One of your servers stole $20 from me. I tried to call the following evening when the charges camethrough and was told management would call me back the next morning. I have yet to receive communication and it?s been nowalmost 7 days since this dinner. I will not recommend this location to anyone moving forward. Read more
We eat here often. The food is usually pretty good, and it?s not too busy unless there is a game. Their take out could use some... work though. Anytime ordering it, the quality isn?t as good.
