This is really a 3 1/2 star review. My friend each order wings, her mild, me medium. At first they brought out the wrong... tables order, but we realized this & they got the right order to us, kinda. My friends wings were way to spicy for her. Theykitchen said she was wrong. The operations manager, Gary, came up with an idea to fix the situation. He was our hero tonight. Read more
Very disappointed when we went for lunch on 11/05/2022. Ally, our server was great, let's put that first. However, the food is a... another story. French fries were cold, Buffalo Chicken Salad was cold and returned. The Fish Sandwich was poorly constructed.The fish was more like fish nuggets instead of a whole piece of fish, the lettuce was cup up into pieces instead of a wholepiece of iceberg that clearly belonged in a salad instead. The place was nice in general and they looked like they had a great mix of drinks per my peer choices (didn't personally drink... that night). But we all ordered a varity of food and we all agreed that we could've gone without. Only the pretzels were goodbut I'd imagine it would be hard to mess that up. Read more
Was not a satisfying experience at all. Wings were ordered extra crispy and came out semi gelatinous. Asked to have them put... on the flattop to crispened only to be told it could not be done. Brought the wings home and threw them in the oven to finishcooking. Been going to Zipps other locations for over 15 years and have always been satisfied.
