Food was absolutely disgusting. The french fries or cold and so old and dripping with greesethat when you pick them up, they... fell over.. as for silverware, four times, and the service was even worse. The waitress brought our fill to the table and ittook 30 minutes for them to pick up. I will never go back. This is the third time with a bad experience and I?m done. Read more

My fiancé and I loooove Zipps. HOWEVER, this location sucks. Not just the food by wait staff. It took 20 minutes for our... appetizers to come out. And when they finally did come out, they were freaking cold. Not just cold, but our wings weren't evencoated in the sauce. Then after we got our bill it was another 20 minutes waiting for the waiter to pick it up. Mind you, itwasn't busy. We actually saw her walking her around and tried to waive her down to let her know we were ready. She literallyjust started at us and walked away. Absolutely TERRIBLE freaking service and food. I highly suggest not going to this zippslocation. Read more

Server was very sweet but manager David was very unprofessional. My order was not rung up and then took an extra 25 mins to be... brought out (wings and fries). Everyone else in my party had finished eating by the time my food came out. Restaurant seemedvery short staffed. We debated staying but the food finally arrived and when asked if we were still being charged for the food,David the manager came over very rude and basically made it seem like it was our fault the food took as long as it did and if wetouched it, we had to pay for it. Sent it back, paid for what we did eat and left. If that is how David speaks to customers Ican only imagine being staff (who we were told were in the kitchen threatening to quit). I wonder why. Oof. That's the first word that comes to mind when I think of my recent dining experience at Zipps. We ordered the green chili... rolls as our appetizer. We were then told they had to be handmade and it'd take 30-40 minutes to prepare them. Huh? We canceledthe order. I was craving a big yummy salad so I ordered the Zipps Chop Salad as my entree, add chicken and croutons. It cameout with no chicken. Without the addition of the croutons and chicken it would've just been lettuce, egg, and bacon pieces. There were a couple bleu cheese crumbles in the tiny cup of bleu cheese dressing. The lettuce was barely sliced, the pieces werehuge and the corners were starting to brown. My chicken came out barely sliced as well. I had to ask for silverware and wasgiven one lone chintzy fork that is probably the same brand of forks they give school children or prisoners. It was a chore tohave to use this fork to try to break the chicken into smaller pieces to make it a reasonable size for putting on the salad. There were about four or five small pieces of bacon. Honestly it was the saddest salad I've ever had. I would've been content ifthis were the salad that came out before a larger entree but as a main dish it was pretty depressing. My boyfriend ordered aBLT. The bread was smashed, flat and barely toasted. The sweet potato chips had zero flavor whatsoever. He was prettydisappointed with his meal. The only redeeming quality of the whole experience was the whiskey, which took quite a long time toreceive. Read more

The male bartender/manager does not know how to pour drinks. He literally wouldn't even count to one before it was done. I feel... real bad for the people who are ordering those frozen drinks that they are known for because there was hardly any alcohol inthem at all tonight.. The female bartender she did awesome but do not let this guy poor you drinks it's a waste of your money...I would rather have him put it in a shot glass than free pour because this guy was a joke Read more
