Sad to see this place going down hill. We haven't visited in a while and it's sad to see that they charge 50 cents for a packet... of sauce. The quality has gone down hill, and when I received my favorite meal they hid a small amount of Wasabi behind aplastic green leaf in the container. I was afraid they'd charge extra for that. Do yourself a favor, don't go. Sad that I sawthe management leave with their head down as if embarrassed and you know what, they should be. How hard is it to get an order correct? Asked for lunch special C. The cashier seemed confused and asked if it was the chicken... bowl. No, it's the chicken and beef bowl. Ok after about 15 minutes to get my order which is another issue that other locationsdon't seem to have I get my order and head home. Upon arrival I see I was given a chicken bowl. Be aware if you order online for pickup. Yogis utilizes postmates to order and the price is marked up considerably. It's not... transparent at all and at first I thought the cost for food went up due to inflation. Definitely not worth the extra charges. Read more

This western hot spot is pretty good for a variety of quick, casual asian-themed foods! I loved that there's a variety of... options in one location, and the place was neat and clean. Read the menu carefully and ask questions if unsure, because Itotally misunderstood when I ordered something based on the picture, and not the description. Still, the staff was very friendlyand helped me get the perfect side. I'm normally not one to waste food, but I did today, because it comes with so much rice. Sohere's the breakdown. Chicken Katsu Bowl: Comes with panko breaded, deep-fried teriyaki chicken and lots of rice (if you orderit just like that) You can order half rice/half veggies for just $1 more. I give this a solid 4 because the chicken was friedtoo long. Although it was still flavorful, the semi-charred panko tainted the flavor a bit and the chicken was as juicy as Iprefer. Still the teriyaki sauce was delicious, and the rice was cooked perfectly. The Steamed Veggies: Oh my! They steam themto perfection. It was tenderness with a slight crunch, and I could taste each wonderful vegetable on it's own cause it was juicyit greasy. However, there was no salt or pepper or anything, I know this works for some people, but a little salt, spice, oracidic zest can't hurt anything in my opinion ???? Another 4! The Service and Atmosphere: A solid 5! Chelsie's smile andlight, friendly demeanor was delightful. I loved that you see everybody, because it gives the opportunity to thank the actualcooks for the food. Chelsie had solid menu recommendations, and knew what the area favorites were. Her input was very helpful tome as a first-timer! She was very polite, but not overly friendly, and it's always so refreshing to just see people in therenatural element rather than forcing a smile. The store manager and staff are very courteous. Serves food fresh and hot. Dine in, to go and online orders is catered. I love... this store and will keep coming to this wonderful place . CDC guidelines are followed, staff and chefs wear mask all the time???? Read more
