Food was a smaller portion than normal. Guy didn't tell me I could add a salad when I said I want the biggest plate you got. So... I was still hungry after that. The sauce bottle was advertised a dollar cheaper than what we paid. I mentioned it and he said Igotta go to corporate to fix it. I mean two sauce packets @.50 ea would've solved that. Also they charge for lil cups for saucewhich is dumb. Over all I'm going to go to the other location when I'm in town. This location was just a hott mess. Read more

Had Yogi's food a few dozen times. Last time, they burnt the Teriyaki sauce. (Visibly blackened and had taste to match). I... called in and apologized for being annoying but that the food just wasn't even edible. They told me they couldn't get a refund,or an exchange. Nor could they just make another one for me after their mistake. I was told to email corporate. As you canguess, they have ghosted me for a week now. Read more

As I approached the counter, the gentleman behind it seemed like he didn't want to be there. I ordered my food, large chicken... and beef bowl, even left a tip. Order totaled $12.88. I found out I accidentally locked my door of my truck with keys stillinside. Called roadside and waited inside. After about 50min, I decided to just eat there. That's when I noticed I received allchicken. Went to counter at let someone know, they questioned why it's been almost an hour that I brought it back. I explainedand was told I had to email district manager. Now, it does state on receipt, which I've never seen any where else before, that"employees cannot issue refunds or remake food". So I guess if right off the bat, you're order is screwed up, well, you aresol. Seems odd that employees can mess up your order, then not be held accountable at that moment. Odd way of running a store. Imanage a national pizza store and I do know how people can scam you, but you take it case to case. I did contact this stores DMand last email I received was to ask which store I visited, nothing since. Thus, I learned my lesson....no more. Also, unpleasant odor when entering establishment. What's for dinner? If it is Japanese food, check out Yogis Grill. With 27 locations, I'm pretty sure there is one near you. I... recently came here for dinner, and their food was pretty good. I tried their Chicken Katsu , their Shrimp and Veggie Tempura, and their Beef Teriyaki. In addition, they offer a wide assortment of Rolls and noodle dishes as well. I've been to thislocation before, and the food has been consistently good. No complaints whatsoever. This place is a casual restaurant, so don'texpect anything fancy, other than good food, decent prices, and good customer service. Really, what more can you want? The storybehind Yogis Grill is pretty interesting as well. The first restaurant was opened in 1995, in Southern California. They werefamily owned at the time. And by 2005-2007, Yogis incorporated and started franchising with bulk of their restaurants inArizona. I am from So Cal, and I have never been to their California locations. Though, to be fair, So Cal is pretty big. Ilive in the I.E., and Yogis is way down in the O.C. Check this place out! Read more

This is my new favorite place. I have been to Japan and loved to get my Teriyaki Chicken Bento bowls. Couldn't find anything as... good here in the states until Yogi's. The staff is the icing on the cake. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and madesure that our order was correct. The side condiments bar was perfect. It had everything there that you could want to go withyour fare. This is the first time I have had plenty of ginger and wasabi to go with my California rolls. Making me crave itagain just writing this review. The only thing I didn't care for was the dip that came with the Gyoza. It was flavorless.Recommend that gets looked at. Otherwise, I will be back again. Read more

I've never had Yogi's before and I must say I love it! It has a very welcoming atmosphere and is very calming to eat at. The... food is delish and they have a variety of menu options without it being confusing. If you ever have any questions, there'salways someone at the counter. Overall, it's clean and has nice food for a reasonable price. I would go here again. Read more
