Food is great, poor customer service, wait time is ridiculous. When you order isn't says 16-21 minutes like it says. I waited... 20 after the original time. Also the guy who works there, I didn't get his name but he is a bigger guy has no customer servicewhat so ever, looks like he just hates life and the customers waiting on there food look miserable. Called my order in so it would be ready when I got there. They quoted me 20 mins. After getting here the food still was not done... after 20 mins. Might as well have came in personally and order.
