Make sure you check your order before you leave because there's always something wrong . My fries had no seasoning they didn't... give me my carrot sticks . They took 47 minutes after my order said completed online ... I will never go back . I wanted to geta refund but they never answer the phone. Read more
As soon as you walk in you see employees on their phone . I came in to order food, but for some reason they were not accepting... orders. You had to order online, I asked if their system was down, but the employee only stated she was doing what hersupervisor was telling her to do, and could not accept mobile orders. Just ordered wings here, Cajun boneless to be exact. Fries were ok, did not get vegetable sticks, and the wings were extremely... over seasoned. Order took 3x the time it was quoted online which led to waiting 40 minutes at the store for our simple order, after already... waiting the quoted 20 at home. They didn?t even fullfill the full order and the food was soggy and cold because the wings wereapparently done the whole time but the fries took an hour. Had to go back and get a refund. We always order food from this restaurant at least once a month, but the last time we placed our order online when we arrived at... the restaurant, the order was not ready yet, it was very hot and my husband asked the cashier for a glass to drink water and shetold him that they did not have glasses to drink water. This simply seems unacceptable to me, very bad attitude of that cashier. Read more
