At times the pharmacy employees are slow. The opportunities extremely employment are plenty and New employee are learning these... new ways. The lead Pharmacist is extremely skilled at her position. Its no reflex on the SAFEWAY. ITS IMPORTANT TO ME BECAUSE OFSAFEWAYS LOCATION TO THE MAJORITY OF MY SHOPPING AND MEDICAL NEEDS. Read more
I don't even want to give you guys a one star review but the public should know that this a very slow place. I ordered about 50... mins ago and three people who walked in after us got there food first and only 30 minutes after waiting a bit patiently, did Ifinally get up and confront an employee about the timing. Once confronted they then started making my order, this made me a bitupset as I didn't really want to be out to late and was trying to get home. To start off, we arrived at around 7pm to this location. The cashier was friendly and polite, and took our orders, got drinks,... and did everything on her end right. The issue I have comes after. We waited about 40 minutes for them to prepare our food,which is by all standards an incredibly long time to wait for fried chicken wings. That warranted a one star deduction from myreview. The next issue was the food itself. Immediately upon receiving the order, I reached into the bag on the way out thedoor to try one of the awesome fries, only to find them already soggy and lukewarm, like they had been sitting the entire timewe waited for the chicken. This was the reason for the second star deduction. The boneless wings were prepared very well, butthe traditional bone-in wings were so dry and overdone that I literally felt like I was chewing on pieces of bone mixed withdust. They were downright terrible, even soaked in the Korean BBQ sauce, to the point that I ended up just throwing them away(they were half of the meal I ordered, which was their 10 wing combination). This warranted my third star deduction from thereview. Unfortunately, due to the slow delivery of food and subpar quality of the food after waiting that long, I cannotrecommend this location. Horrible experience at this location. I went to this location because the one I usually go to on 30th St and Indian school was... closed. I ordered the triple meal deal to go and when I got home we realized they didn't give us our six bone in hot wings. Icalled and they didn't answer. So I had to drive all the way back and informed them of their mistake. I returned all the food and asked them to make my whole order fresh. They agreed to do this and told me it would be a 15-20 min wait. It was more like30 minutes and when I finally got my order they messed it up again. They have me cheese fries which I did not order or liked.And they messed up the flavors of the wings. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes again. Veryfrustrating! Took too long to have our order ready. Initially I was supposed to be a 20 min wait time. 40min. Later when we asked about our... order they said it would be another 8 min. Because they had threee orders ahead of us. They take way tooo long! Read more
Worst place to go. Always ?it?ll be 8 minutes? and it takes 40 minutes even when ordering ahead. Customers come in and wait 10... minutes before being greeted. Management is a poor example because as they put it ?it?s not my problem you have to wait?. Read more
