Walked in at 10:15pm. They close at midnight. I ordered the 8 piece just flaps and the girl at the counter says we're only doing... boneless orders and I asked why and she replied bc it's late. Her name was Jessica. Claiming to be the manager. I laughed andwalked out. Got in my car and placed the order online just to walk back in and see her shocked face. I?m a big fan of this Wingstop great customer service and fresh and hot wings who ever is running this place needs a raise x10
The staff was super nice and helpful however the food is lacking. This isn't the first Wingstop I've gone to where it hasn't... been good I think they need to change something about their food quality or the flavor or something just didn't taste right andthe ranch was super runny. Also I paid for two meals but got 1 meal and 1 just wings no side. I'm sorry but I'm just not a fanas much as I want to be because I love chicken and I love wings. Read more

So I had ordered from here a few weeks ago. And it was delivery. Unfortunately, the ubereats or DoorDash driver never showed up.... I had called them and they issued me a refund. After not getting the refund I called back and just asked for credit cause Iactually enjoy Wingstop. Their customer service was 100% on point!! I even asked to have it delivered and the manager personallydelivered it to me because she felt so bad. I 100% recommend coming here.
