Picked up an order tonight and when I got home they forgot the fries. I didn't care too much, I just wanted a refund because I... spent $40 and drove 30 minutes for 24 wings essentially. Don't order for delivery. They use Doordash and took over an hour to get it delivered and was real cold. Ended up throwing away... the fries. The manager says it's doordash fault even though they're the ones using doordash. Won't even order from thislocation. Read more
Just got the chicken sandwich with no ranch even though I put what dip.... Also never got told hello or anything just pick up or... order.... No thank you either and also no receipt so I can't even put in a survey for them which is probably why they ain'thanding them out..... This store hits rock bottom every time I come here.... Wouldn't answer phone to place Togo order. Came in and ordered and you can tell right off the bat neither of the 2 workers were... in a good mood. Ordered some wings and fries and waited for over half an hour. A family of 4 came in maybe 5 minutes after Iordered, and ordered more wings and fries than I did, but they got their food in about 15 minutes. Had to ask if my food wascoming or not and when the finaly brought it up, was met with more attitude. Read more
Love wing stop but this location needs some work. I order frequently online for pickup and have continuously had issues. Today I... waited 20 minutes past the estimated pick up time in store only to come home to the wrong order. Spent more money in gas pickingup and returning food that wasn?t for me than the food was even worth. This location is not worth the headache! Read more
I ordered garlic parm wings but there was no parm or garlic on them so they were basically plain, unseasoned wings. Coulda been better.The cook time time took 20 min.Yikes. The wings were great. The cheese fries, not so much. I ended tossing... them away. It was dark brown and tasted burnt. Someone said it was because of cost saving and old grease is what the companydid. Idk but it wasnt cool. Read more
