Maria lacks in basic customer service skills and tact. Her attitude amongst her incompetence makes it an easy choice to eat... chicken wings elsewhere . This place is beyond slow and needs training obviously. There was more than enough people in thekitchen to be able to handle online orders and dine in. Customer service was bad. They move slow, cashier kept taking calls instead of helping people in line. Some of the workers in... the back were busy cooking while others just stood there staring instead of coming upfront to help. Place is dirty & reallysmall. My wings were warm but my fries were cold. Which makes me think they were day old & surely tasted like it. If I couldgive a zero stars I would. It's like none of the managers just don't give a care. Read more
when i arrived it was a little busy (3-4 people in line in front of me, plus what looked like maybe 6 mobile orders on the... shelf) by the time i got up to the counter it had already been 10 minutes. the cashier was very nice while taking my order(2 ofthe new chicken sandwiches and a 2 piece tenders). i pay by card and i?m told it would be 16-20 minutes. no problem i decided towait in my car because it was getting a little too crowded inside. i wait the full 20 minutes before going back inside. i waitanother 10 minutes inside before they call my name. ?we don?t have the chicken sandwich. we?re going to have to refund theamount to your card. i?ll be right back.? i?m a little frustrated that the cashier didn?t just call out behind her ?hey do wehave sandwiches?? so i could have been saved the 40+ minutes of waiting or that they didn?t offer to maybe switch it out forwings or something but hey maybe that?s not wingstop?s policy but to make it even better when he comes back he says ?it refundedthe full amount so i understand if you don?t want the tenders anymore, but if you do we?re gonna have to run your card again?like i wait 40 minutes and you have the audacity to tell me you understand if i don?t want a TWO PIECE TENDERS??? bffr Read more

Jonathan Cruz is the worst person ever!!!! Not only he?s very disrespectful guy, I have witness him being racist to a black... elderly lady, saying he?s not gonna serve her kind!!!! Honestly that?s sickening!!! I?ve been to this wing stop so many timeshe?s always doing disgusting things, one time I seen him literally drop the wings on the ground and picked them up and put themback in the tray!!!! I can?t complain about the food, food was good, but when I went, they had really loud music with a lot of bad words. I was... with my 2 young daughters and wife. I asked to speak with the manager and asked if they could lower the music. He did verylightly but he did. Not a good place to eat your food. Better if you ask to go.
