I waited 20 minutes for my food when I ordered in. 2 staff members worked while 3 others stood around, or played on their... phones. I understand that orders placed online have priority, but there seems to be no urgency for dining in customers. When Igot my food everything was cold. Frys were hard and borderline stale. Wings were cold but still okay. Im used to eating coldfood. Im pretty sure my food was cold because they cooked it a long time ago, left it sitting on the rack, while they tended totake out orders instead.
