They seemed busy. I sat out at the #1 spot for about 15 minutes. Even though the app said about 5 minutes. I even called the... store. No answer, which I figured. So, I had to go inside to get my order. I did overhear something about the curbside order.And unfortunately, they were out of spicy ketchup. But the woman, possibly lead or manager was nice. I ordered the peppercorn ranch chicken club grilled and it was the most gross sandwich I have ever ate. The bread was soggy and... the chicken had no flavor , they charge $9.99 for it and honestly I wouldn't pay .99¢ for it. Seems like the food quality isgoing down with a high rate of negative. Always fresh. Always fast. Always Good. The staff is always friendly and patience. This visit was a driving thru late night... visit and the wait time was nil. Worked here 2 years ago for almost a year and when I did I tried to call in three hours beforehand since I was sick and the... manager said to either come in or I?m fired (she just became a manager not long before this) and with my anxiety I said ?alrightI?ll see you soon? ???? but thankfully my family knew that?s not how you treat an employee and gave me the correct mind set tonot work for people like that and than one of the managers started calling my sister and asked her where I was and said theynever fired me weeks later...???? hopefully they got rid of that manager? but the food was good when I had my coworkers make itfor me since we couldn?t make our own????
