First time at a Whataburger. Food was OK. Got the double burger with cheese and fries. Food was hot. Not really a fan of the... skinny fries, but they were good, not overly salted. The burger was fine. Flavor didn't stand out. The folks working there weresuper nice. Didn't hesitate to provide combo to the restroom. Came out and cleaned the tables when we asked. Everyone was veryfriendly. There was someone in there clearly intoxicated. It was evident that everyone was on edge from this. We left shortlyafterward. Read more

Worst customer service and worst management. Came here and they had me waiting for my food so long I had to go in and get it... myself. The manager Joselynn gave me a free meal on my next visit. So tonight I come back. Same guy working the drive thru. Asksme 8 times about my drink order and I told him 8 times in was a CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE. Ask me 4 times if I wanted ketchup aftersaying 4 times I wanted BBQ sauce. Gave me a box with 6 nugget looking things and no frys. Didn?t even give me a bag ornapkins. When he put the fries in it looks like a small when we ordered a large and it looks like it was just thrown in. Askedfor the manager. She comes and says he is new and asks what I want. Unfortunately I order a #1 with cheese at 8:41 am, didn't received my order until 9: 16. Everyone in the dining room received... there order but me. I am running around the country on my motorcycle and currently in Phoenix. We don't have this franchise in Florida so I thought... I'd give it a try. I've always kind of laughed and the In n Out cult and expected Whataburger to be a let down. It was not. Fromservice to food quality this was first rate at a reasonable rate. My new favorite out west place. I still have a preference forthe "quintet of males" but they are much much higher priced. Whataburger hit all the points. Highly recommend Read more
