Went to this location on a Thursday around 8 pm & the drive thru line was around the building. Waited 20 minutes in the drive... thru. There was a sign on the screen out of lettuce. Get up to the window and apparently they are out of ice too. Then I gethome and my Coke is flat and they didn't give me my butter or sour cream for my baked potato. Don't think I want to go back tothis location again. Especially now that I have seen other peoples reviews. Read more
just sat 40 minutes in drive thru. at least 5 people plus a manager inside and all seemed lost. was 920 when i showed up and was... 10pm when i finally got my food. not only did they give us cold food but items were missing also. didnt dare leave window, so ididnt have to wait in drivethru line again, checked food right at window. app curbside service is really slow. takes forever tocome to your car. have ordered a few times through app. app lets you order pick up and curbside even after they close lobby. youget there only to fund out you have to go through really long drive thru line. they have the ability to have a car move forwardand walk 2 steps outside the drivethru door to give car food. literally 2 steps. they are really slow. food was cold and missingitems. staff did not seem at all apologetic. manager should be retrained to train staff to operate accordingly. will not begoing back. so sad after waiting so long for them to open. Stopped here to pick up a quick dinner. Employees were very friendly. Food was ready fast and the order was accurate.
I tried to give the place a chance with being new, but they have been open a couple months now and they are worse then when they... opened. First two orders were good. The last 4 we are missing items or they give the wrong items, or they tell me they gave meorder when they didnt. I was standing there waiting and watched her clear my name from the screen and didn?t even attempt tocall my name for my order. Then this last order now, they forgot my fires and argued with me about the size of the frosty Iordered. I ordered a medium and she tried to give me a small. Then I look at the top of my frosty and there is black flakes andoil looking stuff all over it. I ask for a new one and get attitude about it. They always seem very unorganized and never knowwhat order is what. The drinks are always out, and the floor is sticky at the drink station. Tables are sticky. Read more
Place is brand new and it?s already horrible. On multiple separate occasions they have no napkins or ketchup for the dining... room. This time they were out of small chili containers. Second time in the bathroom and no paper towel. What the heck are theemployees doing to wash their hands?! Read more

Outstanding start. The person taking the order is right on it. The restaurant's nice and clean and I see food hitting the... counter very fast. It's just after the grand opening so everything's very busy but the staff seems to be Fielding the ticketsvery well. Read more
This place is filthy and to have me wait in drive thur for 10 mins only to say they ran out of I wanted which is a spicy chicken... sandwich so I had to settle for a classic, then to say they were out of cold brew cause I want a Frostychino I know she could ofwent to the back to get it, had to settle for a coke, then they said they ran out of ice what is going on in here I know theyhave a ice machine in the back someone needs to check the managers and employees here?.
