So customer service is now officially dead. When you enter you need to write up your own meal on the screen. I had a hard time... finding an item. I asked the person dishing out the orders at the inside counter three times for the bathroom code and then shelooked at me like I was bothering her and gave it to me. I use the restroom and then left as I did not feel like I wanted myexperience to bring down the quality that I know Wendy's has with their food. Worst Wendy?s. The tea from the fountain dispensary tasted weak and terrible. They don?t have their prices displayed when... large tablets are not available to order on. Tables were dirty. Floor was wet by the counter. No one working the frontcounter. Stood there for minutes and no one acknowledged me. Had to get someone?s attention to place an order. While nice theemployee could not ask a couple simple questions about food items. Workers were busy goofing around in the back. $17 for asmall salad, nuggets, and a fount drink that was over $3.50. I came here on my lunch break and had a great mother- son lunch. We had to get assistance to place our order because for some... reason the kiosk encountered an error. But the staff was more than happy to help take my order. I especially loved the huge sinkavailable for customers to wash their hands before eating. We enjoyed reading at the tall bar. My son loved being so "High". Ialso loved the seeing the patio option to eat. We didn't eat outside because it was definitely too hot, but I wouldn't mind inthe cooler months. In the past I have had terrible experiences and because of that I haven't gone back as frequently as I would have liked but it... looks as though they may have a new night crew??? Not sure but they are awesome! Fresh hot food, great attitude, professional,and accommodating. Not to mention they get my order right even with my added modifications. Thank you! Read more

This is the best Wendy's ever. Super clean....I mean it is so clean everywhere, even the pipes that are on the ceiling. They... have the nicest, friendliest people that work there. Gloria was the cashier and she is just so wonderful. The whole staff seemshappy to be there and they like their job. The food was just awesome. It looked like the commercials. It was my first time thereand I literally am amazed. Other places need this store as a example of what their standards should look like. Read more

I just have share the most amazing customer service experience. Gloria made my day today. She was very friendly and... accommodating. I observed her recognize regulars who hadn?t been there in a while. Also, she was nice despite a customer whowas rude to her. Thank you Gloria for making our experience perfect!
