I went into the dining area to order. Placed my order and sat patiently. Waited around the counter area, which no... acknowledgement that my food was coming. 25 minutes passed and I had to go up to the counter again. I felt like a ghost waitingthere, since no worker would acknowledge my presence. After several more minutes of patiently waiting, I had to flag down themanager and ask for a refund because my food was never made. The order was a double burger and a frosty. This is a new low incustomer service. Shame on this place. Read more

Don't go here unless you want food poisoning. I've tried this place twice. After the fail on my first order I waited and went... back another time. My burger was cold, so was the cheese it was still sitting on top of the "meat". My fries smelled weird andwere also cold. Both times my food was not cooked properly. The workers clearly do not care how your food is made. I didn't evenwaste time calling because all they want to do it offer you a free meal on your next visit. No do better make your workers cookthe food at proper temps. Read more
I don't know what's went wrong with this location, but they have had a near-100% error rate for delivery orders we've placed... over the past few months. Order a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit meal, and they'll send a plain biscuit. If you don't havesausage, eggs, or cheese slices, why is this stuff even on the menu, and why are you not having the driver contact us to let usknow you can't make breakfast sandwiches? They must have staffing issues too, because there have been multiple times where theyaren't even open an hour or more after they're supposed to be. Read more
Meh! Like most burger joints it promises more than it delivers. The fries are not particularly hot or crispy. Too much sauce... makes the bun slip of the burger. Read more
Wendy's like all other corporate fast food aces, has changed for the worse. The hamburgers are smaller in diameter now and their... fries changed to a different oil that makes them too soggy. Read more
Donny the manager was very helpful to the customers and his team! But there is the kicker to me when I told the young lady that... my fries was cold and I wanted fresh ones she put the old fries in with the new fries then sit at the counter complaining thatshe had to work the cash register and stock???????? if you don?t like the job don?t apply I paid to get my kids hot food andthat?s what they will get Read more
I ordered the most simple thing off the menu, they had to keep asking me if it was to go and then they gave me something... entirely different. They werent even busy at the time. Read more
