I went today (11/13) at 9:43 am. I ordered two breakfast baconator. One normal, one on a croissant. First time I went, the one... on the croissant was missing. I go back to have them fix it. I am given a new sandwich, thinking it's correct was completelyincorrect. It was a croissant with egg and cheese and one piece of bacon. I had already went home so I called this place andexplain what's wrong. The first lady that had answered wanted me to go back again for the 3rd time so I told them I can not. That's too many times, the phone is handed to someone else and I was told for a refund for the sandwich. The sandwich itself is6.69 as placed on my receipt. I went back between 12:30 pm to 1 and told them I was told for a refund and the lady at the windowonly handed me back 4 dollars and some change. I don't care about the change, I'm just upset I went to this locations 3 separatetimes less than 4 hours and each time, the situation gets worse and leaves me unsatisfied. Read more

I've never been to a more run-down store. The computers weren't working so I couldn't order in the drive-thru. Upon entering the... restaurant it was littered with trash. One of 2 soda machines were functioning, the frosty machine was disassembled, and one ofthe 2 main seating areas was blocked off w trash can and rubber mat on top of it. The condiment station was filthy and therewere no napkins available. We only went to this location because of its close proximity to the hospital where our child wasbeing treated. Although the food was good we will try to avoid this location in the future. Read more

This Wendy's is a Wendy's. Nothing against the employeee. They are in fact always welcoming and exceptional. Those facts are... all the more impressive after taking into consideration the fact that this location is smack dab in the middle of a very actionpacked intersection. After all of that being said if you don't live in the area you'd probably be better off going to the oneclosest to you. Due to the location the hours are much tighter then you'd normally find at a Wendy's anyways. <----remark abouthours based in fact while the rest TOTALLY based on opinion. Thanks for reading and being the best part of my day :-) Read more

Run of the mill experience. Which is good, it was hassle free and everything was delivered correctly. Order was quickly... processed and the food was hot when it arrived. Nuggets were a little cooler and tasted a little older but were still nice toeat. No major complaints, just small things could have made it better. Read more

Very poor service. Excruciatingly slow, employees shuffling around the back like zombies while machines beep and a long line... forms at the counter, not one of them looking up to give a greeting for several minutes. The lady working the front desk waswandering around, looking for things before she finally said "one minute," went in back and slowly shambled around with theother employees, 3 of whom I can clearly see shooting the breeze instead of doing anything productive. I know it sucks to workin these places so I smile and wait, and finally place my order. The guy in front of me has his order go missing, I have to wait15 minutes for my food, and my friend behind me has to wait a further 5 or so. When I glance in the bags, things look right, soI go home. My wife opens her bag and finds only 7 nuggets in her 10 piece meal. We all know we have to review our fast foodorders for accuracy, but I shouldn't have to open my meal and count every nugget to make sure I get what I pay for. Bottomline, as a person who has done tons of customer service jobs over the years, including running a Walmart deli, I can sympathizewith burned out, stressed employees, but after being patient with such poor service, finding an incomplete meal was the strawthat broke the camel's back. I won't be coming back to this location. Read more

The main woman taking orders was remarkable!! She was incredibly organized. Tried the strawberry Frosty for the first time. It... was just OK as we would have preferred a stronger strawberry flavor. Fries were fresh and hot! Read more

Waited in line at the drive thru for about 30 minutes. That new chicken sandwich I ordered could have been prepared fresh with... all the time...I?m pretty sure it was microwaved at best. At least the frosty was still cold. Read more
