I ordered 2 10pc nugget meals, they gave me 8 pc in one and 9 pc in the other and one of my nuggets had mold on it. When I went... back yo tell them they gave me a refund and just one thing of 10pc (was actually 9 pieces) nuggets instead of the meal we hadoriginally ordered. Stopped here to grab a bacon and cheese potato. The manager took my order she is extremely rude. No customer service at all. Had... to ask for condiments felt like she felt annoyed. Other customers were trying to enter on the other side of the building but thedoors we locked. I let à gentleman knows to come to the other side of the building. He started letting in customers that weretrying to get in through the locked doors while he was waiting on his food. Another customer was served that came in after himbefore he got his food. Clearly incompetent staff. The manager said that there was a 30 minute wait for food because they were under staffed even when... they had 0 customers. I'm not exaggerating at all: there was no one there. It was 745 pm. This is not the 1st time this hashappened at this location. I have worked in fast food and know that should never be the case. Honestly despite the cheap price thanks to the coupons in the app, and the convienence of being close to my house, I can't bring... myself to come here anymore. Not only does the drive through take 20-30 minutes some nights, the food quality is always so badthat I feel like I wasted my money. It didn't always used to be this way, but ever since the Pandemic this place has gonedownhill in a bad way and I am done. Read more

I really appreciate a business that can manage to maintain courteous service considering the way our economy is. I went through... the drive through and was professionally greeted. I placed my order and pulled around. I knew they might he short staffed and Imight have to wait a few extra minutes. My order was correct, hot, and pleasantly delivered to my window.
