What a horrible man that works here. It's 9am, people walking up to the counter and he says, 'nothing to see here, move on...... keep walking". So as it turns out, their computers are down and instead of him nicely stating or putting up a sign "computersare down, we are closed" he chooses to be rude and disrespectful to everyone wanting to place an order. The manager is standingthere not shocked at all by the employees response. Come on people... a little common decency and respect is what our worldneeds and people deserve! Read more
Horrible Customer Service. I work at the airport and sometimes we depend on vendors being open until their posted times but they... just do not care.False advertising and business and properties will hear about it.I was literally in line @ 20 minutes untilclose and I was second in last to the end of the line.There was a lady in front of me and as I got closer the young girl withglasses at the register yelled out "We're not taking anymore orders after her!" (the woman in front of me).I was literally theonly person behind her and asked "seriously you cant take mine I've been waiting? " and she replied "nope". Wow they willliterally hire the worst people for the job.Wendy's do better because you lost a customer.This is what happens when you trustlazy, disrespectful, entitled children to run your business. Airport Wendy's is the best! Frosty machine is usually working. Menu is limited here! The value menu is basically eliminated... for some reason. The line is never short. That said, the Frostys are not price gouged, and there's nothing better than amilkshake to relieve airport stress. ???? Read more
Mobile Orders are the best way to go with this Establishment, as the line will get ridiculously long.. and who has time to wait... in line and then wait for the food to get made, when you have a 30min connecting flight on the other side of theterminal????????????Mobile orders jump you in front of everyone else, and while you're making it to your next gate just asboarding starts, those other unfortunate individuals will still be hoping and wondering if they'll make their flights on timebecause they wanted a Dave's Double and a Baked Potato!???????? F this place, waited an hour for food when I inquired what my status was they told me they already gave me my food. I literally... was standing next to the pick up window the whole time. A guy literally ordered the same thing when I asked and they gave it tohim immediately. I charged back with my credit card company as I walked away. Of the airport restaurants, Wendy's is the all-star. Great food, consistent quality, fast service and a friendly staff that can... handle huge rushes with ease. My only complaint is the Wendy's corporate suits killing their best sandwich, the Jalapeno Popper!Alas, such is the transience of all things... Highly recommended! Read more
