I haven't been to a Wendy's in a while. I noticed that there was a sign that talked about a letter shortage, and the staff was... right on it! They explained it and gave us options. I love going to fast food restaurants that can answer questions about theirmenu and all these staff members were extremely on point. The meal was correct right away without any confusion, and our waittime wasn't even that long. And to top it off, the food was delicious. Major kudos to this Wendy's over by Metro center. Read more

Do not buy food here after 8pm the food is always cold. Cold fries. Cold chicken nuggets. Every damn time. We live a mile away.... If I wanted to have to warm my food up why would I be ordering fast food in the first place. Always take at least 2 minutesafter pulling up just to acknowledge you?re there. Read more

I went here on 9/26 around 10 p.m. It was the worst customer service ever. The manager was so rude when I pulled up to the... window until the time I left. I tried to be nice to her even with her bad attitude. She must have ate a bag of lemons!!! Bitter!Rude! Worst customer service! My kids even noticed and commented on her behavior. The crazy thing is nothing was wrong with myorder. I used my debit card with no issue. Other employees were working behind her. No excuse to snap at people. No excuse togive food out in an aggressive matter. Read more

Update: Wendy's said they were gonna reach out but I reached back out first. They comped my meal they messed up and said they... would remake it next time I wanted it within the next week. Well I never went back. They know they have an employee with a lessthan social attitude and have been working on it so I give them credit for that. The manager was real nice. Just sucks I had togo back for this. We are heading to the zoo and tried to get a quick bite before we head out . We ordered all chicken and onecheeseburger for one of our kids. Get to the window they give us our drinks and change and say have a nice day. I said I'm stillwaiting on my food. They rushfully handed us our bag and tried to hurry us off. They shorted us a straw. Which seemed to annoythe lady alot. And I was trying to check the food when the employee said do you need something in the rudest voice. So wepulled forward to get out of their line and noticed they didn't give us half of our meals. I went back inside and another ladyaddressed it ok. But then we drive away . Almost to the 202 and we open my wife's chicken sandwich and its a bacon cheeseburger. She has a pork allergy and now has no sandwich to eat. It has been a very unpleasant visit to Wendy's which we normally wouldenjoy. Customer service needs a lot of work and apparently making sure the order is correct is also something this store needswork with. Read more

Drive thru needs customer service training. When I pulled up to the window I sat there for at least 30 seconds with 3 employees... just talking to each other and ignoring the customer. 1 with her back towards me standing in front of the window blocking thewindow from the worker who is actually working that position. Then I was handed my soda that had completely spilled all over theoutside of the cup. I hand her my card and it takes a suspiciously long time for her to give it back and when she eventually didgive it back, she didn't say a word. I will be watching my card statements incase my information was stolen. Read more

Picked up on way home from work Friday evening. Got home and I was given wrong burgers. Ordered 2 big bacon cheddar... cheeseburgers. We got regular cheeseburger. I went back with receipt the next day and the had no trouble replacing them. Themanager apologized up and down and said replacement would be few minutes. Burgers seemed to be correct. However once home openedthem up and was in complete shock. No cheddar bun on 1, no cheddar cheese, bacon jam, tiny strip of bacon and no onion rings oneither of them. Very disappointed with Wendy's on 30th Ave and Peoria. Was not going to waste my time going back a third time.Manager asked if I could give them a great review, but couldn't do it. Not after order was screwed up twice. Don't think I willever be going back.... Wendy's has lost my business! Read more
