The young ladies at the drive through were very rude to my husband, and have no good customer service skills, when asked a... simple question, they automatically got an attitude and wanted to argue. He was in no way rude or disrespectful, but receivedrude and disrespectful behavior, over a simple request. Read more
Was told to wait a couple of minutes and ended up Waited over 10 minutes with no further response so had to I leave with no food... since I only have a limited to for lunch break. The place wasn't even busy; only 1 person before me and lobby was locked. Can'treally call a place fast food when one order is enough to completely bing a business to a halt for over 10+ minutes. Never seen such a slow paced staff at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Doesn't help its ran by a bunch of teenagers, did not see one... shift leader over 21. Got a front cashier that doesn't greet the long line of customers waiting on them. Not once did they say"sorry I'll be right with you". No urgency. No courtesy. ???? HIGHLY recommend you get someone OLDER and EXPERIENCED to trainyour staff on multi tasking and customer service immediately. Read more
Slowest drivethru of any Wendy's I've experienced. Only had one lane one and took 10 minutes per car to take an order. Waited... for 20 minutes and and then was told they were no longer serving breakfast and I could come back in 10 minutes if I wantedlunch. Service at this location is always bad, but this was the worst I've ever seen it. Don't go to this dump the service isthe worst! Read more
I'm here early Saturday morning not even lunch time yet and the place is so sticky. The floor is sticky, the soda machine is... sticky, the ketchup machine wasn't working. I would rate cleanliness a 1 but the food was fine, didn't take too long to get andit was delish. Read more
They last too long to give out orders on drive thru i spent 30 min waiting on a 4 for 4 meal for my kid
The service here has went down extremely. I use to love going here, to me Wendy's is 1 of the better options when it comes to... fast food. However this location needs to do better. Almost every time I go to this location the line is around the corner, it'sa good 40 minute wait from start to finish in the drive through. To make things worse when you get to the speaker to order noone greets you, it's complete silence for 15 minutes and then your order is taken (literally just happened again this pastFriday). Come on now, how hard is it to say "I'll be with you momentarily" I would say going into the lobby is a better option,but unfortunately they lock the lobby door most of the time (I've been there well over 100 times and the lobby door was onlyopen once). I'm not sure if it's lack of management, or that Wendy's or the people who work there just don't care, but it's kindof ridiculous at this point! 40 minutes for fast food? You guys should be ashamed! Either get it together, or close thislocation! I tried to stick it out, but I think it's safe to say, me, my friends and family, are no longer Wendy's customers.... Read more
Unlike a similar Wendy's, that me and my child went to. this Wendy's happens to be a nice place with friendly staff. The lady in... the Drive-Thru when we were picking up our food was helpful, courteous, and polite. Honestly, I would recommend this place toanybody. Read more
