Usually Wendy's is pretty good on giving you what you ordered, but this store totally got our order wrong. I ordered the 5 for 5... meal and received only the 4 product and they didn't even get my order right. Ordered a chicken wrap but received a chickensandwich. Is just sad to see one of my favorites places in my neighborhood going down, food still good but can of old obviously cooked at... least an hour before served, I went to get just chicken nuggets and French fries my granddaughters favorite, I went throughthe drive thru when I got there was only one car in front of me and I noticed there were no cars parked in the parking lot Iwondered if the place was closed but the car in front of me was still by the ordering speaker so I stayed on line it was takingto long and I was about to go but another car got on line so I couldn't go anywhere, finally the car in front moved and I movedto the ordering spot, service was not good at all when I got to the pick-up window I saw 3 employees one cooking one takingorders and payments and then 3rd one passing food by the counter, they were working very very slow. I was there 30 minutes toget 20 pieces of chicken nuggets fries and a soda. This was on a Sunday lunch time, nuggets and fries were old not the qualityit used to be Read more

Slowest drive thru I've ever been. No one should have to wait 15+min at thr menu/speaker before they take your order. If I could... have backed out and left I would have. Food was fine. Read more

They got my order wrong THREE TIMES. The first time was over the mobile app for Door Dash delivery. So, I physically went up to... the restaurant and while I was there they re-made my order twice and got it wrong both times for a total of 3 times. The lasttime I just walked out and thanked them. I wasn’t sure if Wendy’s had breakfast. I looked online and it showed they did! I went in for two items that sounded good,... the breakfast baconator and the chicken croissant. It was there at 9:08 AM restaurant opens at nine. I was told at thedrive-through window they were out of sausage. She did an offer alternatives like how about an extra egg or extra bacon. Sheonly said “is that OK?” She did apologize. After waiting eight minutes from the time that I ordered to the time I handedpayment it was eight minutes. Not so fast food? Then she said “we can’t print receipts is that OK?” I really hope they doa better job at ordering and getting the restaurant ready at opening hours. The baconator sandwich (minus the sausage) was stillvery good it has a very tasty sauce. The food here is not the complaint. I do positive reviews also, but this one I had to postin hopes management might do a better job at training for Opening service. Read more

Man! Where to start. I placed An order @ 11:40 & arrived at this location @ 12:05. That’s 25 minutes right? Guess what? They... never received my order. They had to go back and check the incoming online orders. Keep in mind all I ordered was A CaesarSalad. So I wait an extra 12 minutes at the counter. Meanwhile the manager is over by the Fridge storage container where theykeep the salads. She starts throwing away the pre-made salads. I’m thinking, ok bad batches, hope I don’t get one. Youguessed it. I got handed my order and couldn’t really see due to the salad was tossed all over the place, so I gave them thebenefit. I only had 30 minutes for lunch, so it was gone by the time I got back to work. The salad had bad lettuce in it and thechicken wasn’t cut up like I usually receive it. Didn’t mind the chicken part but SERIOUSLY! I remember A time whenWendy’s was A nice establishment, where the Elderly hung out. I work with them so it was peaceful at that time. Instead thereare young kids working that have no clue what quality stands for and rap music playing over head. They say they are committed toserving THE BEST Quality Food. Yeah OK. Apparently it is ok for Wendy's or it's employees to steal from cuatomers... Ordered the $5 biggie bag. Paid to upside it to... large and also ordered a medium chocolate frosty. Got 2/3 of a small(?) fries (and no...they didn't fall out into the bag, thewindow chick smashed a BBQ sauce on there to cover the gap) and a small frosty...but remember... I paid for large fries and amedium frosty. My drink was right and my burger was warm...my chicken nuggets were cold. And it took approximately 6 minutesonce I got to the window to get this bag of mystery. Read more
