I really enjoying going to this location. Not too long ago this place wasn?t that great and I wouldn?t ever really go there... because of just poor management to sum it all up. I can say though since the last few months this location really stepped it upand is definitely one of the top choices when it comes to Wendy?s. It's rare to find a fast food restaurant where the staff was really friendly, and the food was fresh and made to order. My... grilled chicken Asiago ranch club was hot, juicy, and delicious! And they actually had the Frosty machine up and running, eventhough it was getting close to closing. A lot of locations tear it down early so they can get out of there asap, but not thisone! This location is a bit of a drive from where I live, but I will be making it the next time I want Wendy's! Great job guys! Read more
Went into restaurant when there were 5 cars in drive-up... Very nice employees, fast and perfect order completion! LOVE LOVE... the chicken pecan salad... fresh, great quality, plenty of ingredients (not too much lettuce!)...delicious!! We will be backsoon!!???? Read more

I ordered breakfast on 9/3/22 at 10:12 AM through the drive through. BIG MISTAKE? they reminded me why I quit going to this... location in the first place. The 2 women working were arguing, On top of that they gave me the wrong order + attitude theentire time. NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT! When I called to complain the woman on the phone was like talking to a wall. Sounprofessional, No customer service. Y?all make McDonald?s look GOOD even if they ice cream machine down half the time. I ordered the chicken sandwich that was dry and wanted to return but apparently because I didn?t return it after my first bite I... could only get a child size Apple bite but my sandwich is 5.00 a lone. To top it off I left it alone and enjoyed my apple bits.I went to use the bathroom and while I was at the sink the manager who also did my return walked out without washing her handsand because she exited so fast almost ran into a customer. I was already at the sink so she would?ve had to wait for me tofinish to wash her hands. Unsanitary and unprofessional because I returned the sandwich regardless just to find out I shouldn?thave at all all because the manager doesn?t wash their hands I would assume the staff doesn?t. I ordered on the app for breakfast and picked up my food and the manager (Amy) literally shoved my food at me through the... window then turned around and walked away. The food was extremely cold and tasted old (biscuits were NOT fresh). The only savinggrace today was the young man who took care of my drink. He was extremely friendly and nice and said thank you and that is why Iam giving 2 stars instead of 1.
