Honestly this establishment needs to drug test their employees. I had ordered a burger from them off doordash and some baconator... fries. But someone on their line thought it would be funny to give us a bun and tomatoes as a joke. As well as regular frieswhich I was still having to pay extra on. When I tried to call to get this mistake fixed. Nobody answered the phone after 3attempts. I would not eat at this Wendy's again. Their management and staff might need to be overhauled. Read more

I like their new choices of making the sandwich a double. Great addition to the menu. Curly frys are always a plus. Overall... great job...I've come here many times over the years and they never disappoint Read more

This location has gone down the tube. I keep going back because it?s the only one near me hoping it will get better. The drive... thru takes FOREVER! They take orders one at a time. You order , drive up, pay and wait for food?THEN they take the next drivethru order. They don?t know how to multitask. And the last 3 times I went the spicy chicken sandwich was so old! Read more

Please avoid going to this place as much as possible. The service has been the worse as it can possible be. It has been... consistent that they close right at 10pm when there are 4+ more cars waiting at the drive thru. Posted hours read they close at12am, but the teenagers running that place refused to take any orders after 10pm. No one goes out to stop cars, if there are aline, once 10pm hits, everyone in line is out of line. Don't forget, it takes roughly 5min or more for a single car to taketheir order here. Read more

Ordered breakfast through the app for a 930am pick up time. Nobody showed up to work to open the restaurant. Sat in the parking... lot until 10am, left and returned at 11am, and they were still trying to open. They did eventually replace my breakfastbacaonater meal with a lunch bacaonater meal, 2 hours later. I will not be ordering through the app from this location again. Read more

The manger in this location is very poorly conducted, she very disrespectful to her employees and doesn't respect hard working... individuals Maryann gave me attitude the day of 7/27/22 at 11.47am I went in for a order and asked if it might be ready and wasmet with her saying I don't know so mind you I asked politely and she was rude and bothered about a different situation and shewas only a few feet from the actual computer detailing all order information when I asked how long would it be she processed hertyrannical behavior toward me when I finely had enough I put her in her place by identifying her attitude was very wrong and nohuman should be treated in such a way and let her know I was a manger in my previous experience and that's not the sort ofmisconduct to be apart of as the caregiver of this location she should focus on her customer service because it's clearly offand I'm sure she engages often as she avoided to give me her Area Supervisor number or information such as email or any methodof contact and met with her pressuring me to accept the survey part of it to share my feedback when I as a Manger know thosesurveys go right back to person in charge of the store unless escalated through internal resources as to avoid accountabilityfor her behavior I'm writing this in hopes any person in a higher position contact me to share my experience. 6 cars in front of us ???????????, everytime we come here weather it?s morning or afternoon there service is ALWAYS slow !! We... keep thinking it will change but after today I don?t think we will be coming back. Since there always in rush mode they tend tomess up the order or miss something. I miss cheap food with good quality. Personally I like hot fresh food! But these fast foodshave been giving food thats just been sitting there. Read more

To start off, I've been coming to this location for about a few year's now. Told everyone this is the place to go, very good... service and great tasting food. But lately... The last few times I have been keep getting worse and worse.. Being from longerwait time, missing items on my order and always cold fries...Well this last time I was the eighth person in line, cool, it is11:00 am lunch rush. I was prepared for the wait. Twenty four minutes later I get my order, it is what it is.. So I park toenjoy my meal, Remind you on on an hour lunch break. To my surprise the Chilli I order is ice cold. AND WHAT NEW FRIES.. STILLTHE SAME COLD FRIESLAND. So being near the restaurant I call.. No Awser!... So I head back.. Lobby door is locked!... I mean, where is the care, where is a manager.
