This place needs some work. The food was good but fries cold as they were sitting out waiting for the rest of the food. Staff... was nice but odd. One member had several lip rings in and a nose bar. He was nice but it made the experience uncomfortable. Another member had greasy hair with blueish stripes. He would run his fingers through his hair and the scoop up the fries.. thebuilding is in need of repairs and an upgrade.. door blocked off stating door not working , walk around building to the otherside. Inside clean yes but time for some paint and love.. i like Wendy's but the place needs some attention. Read more

The food is always great! Prices, like everywhere, have gone up a bit but the quality of food is noticeably higher than your... average fast food place. My only negative criticism is that the lobby/inside eating hasn't been available consistently formonths. Once in a blue moon I'll be able to go inside to eat (I prefer to eat in because the food is always highest quality andhot and fresh) but it seems rarer and rarer lately. Read more

They were having equipment failure or something on the day I visited but the workers were still pleasant and doing their best.... Salted, fresh fries, well-put-together sandwiches, lots of drink options. They were out a few soda flavors, but was still ableto get something I preferred. Read more

Mobile order charged but not received after 20+ minute wait in drive thru, and being told all mobile orders had to come inside.... Additional 10+ minutes inside. Tried to cancel and app said I could not as it was already processed. A lie as they still did nothave order. Basically incompetent staff resulted in 40 minutes of wasted time, theft of $13.02, and loss of app first usebonus. The only employee with any work ethic or competence was the poor woman in drive thru, she was trying so hard to getanything moving. Rumor has it this is a corporate store not a franchise. That's messed up. This store has gotten progressivelyworse, and today was unimaginably bad, worst in my experience. Thank goodness there are other Wendy's nearby. Hopefully thisincompetence and ineffectiveness is not contagious. Read more

We went and had dinner and Dawn was AMAZING ! She wouldn?t let us wait for our food she advised us to go sit down and she will... bring it to us. Dawn also brought us a frosty and told us to enjoy our evening. I really appreciate her kindness and willingnessto help. She sure made the visit enjoyable. Read more

I would love to be able to fairly rate this place but it seems nearly impossible to get any actual service. Twice this week, I... pulled into the drive-thru on my way home from work. And both times, I got STUCK there because nobody was taking orders. Allthey would say is, ?we?ll be with you in a moment? and then they let you sit there for five minutes just like they did to theperson in front of you. Tried calling from the drive-thru and after ten rings, they answered and hung up. I finally got fed upand drove away? BOTH TIMES!!! Nobody has time for this. If they are that short-staffed, maybe they need to ask themselves WHYand then do something to fix the problem. I drove through because the location is convenient. But I think I will just go to thelocation closer to home if I don?t change my mind out of frustration and stop at Raising Cane?s, instead. Get it together,Wendy?s. This is bad business. Read more

Give these guys a month or so to get their new crew trained. 1) They take forever now. If you want a quick meal, go south to... Jack In the Box. 2) They have gotten my order completely wrong two times in a row. They were great with their old crew. Theyhave obviously had some turnover, as everyone at the counters is different. I won't be coming back here for a month untileveryone is trained. Edit: Went back again to check in. Same deal. Don't go here. I left because of the wait. Went down a blocksouth to Jack in the Box, and got through in about 4 minutes. This location is awful. Read more

Appallingly poor service. 20 minutes in the drive-through, nobody seemed to know what was going on. Long periods of time with... seemingly no activity, didnt seem like anybody was doing anything. At one point I saw one of the people playing on their phone.When I did finally get my food after 20 minutes of waiting, I took two bites and realized it wasnt even thoroughly cooked. Won'tever go to this Wendy's again and its not the first time I've had problems. Appalling. Read more
