When you aren?t sure where to eat you find a place that looks packed and stop. (Of course we Yelped too before coming to a... complete stop!) We came to town on a whim and needed a great lunch, and Via Delosantos was it! It was Father?s Day so the placewas full but we still got a seat without a wait. They quickly brought us chips and salsa and took our drink order. The chips arelight and crispy perfectly salted and the salsa was a nice blend traditional ingredients. Not too spicy! Our meals came in duetime, indicating everything made to order. And we couldn?t stop eating, finishing our plates. From the beans, to the rice, tothe mains, exchange bite better than the next. Extremely satisfied with this restaurant! It's a little gem with lots to offer. I came for a quick lunch and got the healthy... bowl of chicken and rice which was a simple,yet delicious caldo casero! Nostalgia I'm every bite- just like what my grandma usedto make. I also had a side of zucchini and corn, YUMMY. Lastly, I topped it off with a grapefruit hibiscus margarita. I usually get the fajitas at Via Delsantos, and they are always delicious. Some members of my family have been pescatarian for a... while, and it has been hard to find places that do not use lard in their rice or beans until we found this place. They have areally good service and really delicious food. Read more
