When you aren?t sure where to eat you find a place that looks packed and stop. (Of course we Yelped too before coming to a... complete stop!) We came to town on a whim and needed a great lunch, and Via Delosantos was it! It was Father?s Day so the placewas full but we still got a seat without a wait. They quickly brought us chips and salsa and took our drink order. The chips arelight and crispy perfectly salted and the salsa was a nice blend traditional ingredients. Not too spicy! Our meals came in duetime, indicating everything made to order. And we couldn?t stop eating, finishing our plates. From the beans, to the rice, tothe mains, exchange bite better than the next.
