Food is always amazing but the service. ..??? I called in or tried to call in an order as I've done before around almost 6pm... Sunday evening and the phone rang and no one answered. Then I called again and someone answered and hung up on me. After that Ikept calling and just got busy signal ???? once we got there to order to go as we always do, I asked the lady at the registerwhy they answered, then hung, then put the phone so no calls could come in. She made a face and said "oh we don't take ordersafter this time by phone" ....ummm excuse me!!! I've done it so many times before and in past orders I was told 7pm is the cutoff time on Sundays, not sure of other days. Anyways, I always have a big order, as I have a big family. I ordered twochildren's meals and I ended up getting two adult meals with guac and Chili which my children can't eat, especially cuz one isallergic to avocados!! The worst thing is I didn't even notice till we got home and we're about to eat, worst of all I couldn'teven call because guess why, they don't take calls after a certain time. Very disappointed and we've been coming for 10+ yearsand NEVER had an issue until now. Make sure to check your orders before leaving if you have take out. Read more
