I ordered my sandwich well done. It was pink in the middle. When I brought it up to the counter the manager Dago, had it remade.... I asked for new warm fries when I get it back. They agreed. When I received it back, no fries. When I asked for them, he slammedthem down on the tray and said ?your burger wasn?t even pink. Had a girls day out yesterday 10.1.2022 and what a sad lunch it was. The male taking our order was very nice and got all the... details. When our orders were ready they weren?t right and we tried to explain what we ordered but apparently it wasn?t enough.The manager (female) got involved and seemed to make it worse. My friend and her daughter finally got their correct order. I gota burger but it was never correct. No apologies and the manager was very rude about the whole thing. I think the burgers are quite good. Fresh with a grilled taste. However, you have to order an advance. Going through the... drive-through is painfully slow. Each time, I order a single Burger and a shake and wait 10 minutes. And thats with nobody elsein the drive-through. Wouldn't be too much of a big deal if they didn't give me the shake 1st and have me sit in my truck in a110? heat for 9 more minutes. Read more
Cleanest restaurant ever! Everything was in the dining room and beverage area was clean and neat. The back area that I could... see behind the cashier was spotless and organized. The manager and employees take pride in their job and it shows by how wellthey take care of this restaurant. Thank you to all who work there!! And, of course, the food was delicious! Hot and fresh. Awful Awful Awful ????. This was my 1st time visiting this place, I've seen them, but never been. I definitely wasn't missing... nothing unless it's just the location I chose. My bun was flat and burnt, see pics! I ordered a BBQ Bacon (crumbles, NOT strips????)Burger with cheese, lettuce and onions... got home, NO cheese ????! The burger was good and the bacon crispy, the sautéed onions all right, I can make food cheaper at home but I was feeling lazy... & hung-over and it was a brand new experience. Their onion rings bomb kinda like a frozen bag of deep-friend deliciousness anddefinitely not freshly battered. Their fries were cold aka disguising, so I got some fresh new ones and they even offered metwo?course then they were salty but oh so crispy, I rather like salty cuz I?m rarely worried about long-term health, I mean joyand laughter keep a man strong or woman or a changing, I mean w/e right?.. Thanks for google im happy to have reviewed thisestablishment. Also try other cheeses, and your meal deal is way too pricey, that makes me want to adjust the stars despite yourhonoring my complaint. Super friendly, but super slow. I went in to get a salad and after realizing there was no dressing in the lid holder I went back... through drive through to get some, I then decided to buy some fries. I asked for some dressing and a side of fries and when Igot to the window they thought I meant a whole salad. They then stood around for over 10 minutes huddled around the salad theymade accidentally. Then they gave me my fries, but the container was half empty. Read more
