Came in for the first time the other day with my spouse and they were very short staffed and had a TON of people in there trying... to order. The staff was working very hard to try and get to everyone as quickly as possible and get the orders out. Our ordertook a few more minutes than expected at a counter service place, but we expected that all things considered. When we finallygot our meals we both ate them so fast because the burgers were just absolutely amazing! and despite being overwhelmed withbusiness the orders were done perfectly! No mistakes! (Which again, we would have understood if there was a mistake consideringhow overwhelmed they were) PLUS they have impossible burgers there too which is a huge plus from me! I have been to several of The Habit Burgers locations and I always have confidence that whatever I order at any location will be... consistent and delicious. I?ve been to this Phoenix location quite a few times as it?s the closest one to me and I always enjoymy food not to mention the staff is always super helpful and friendly (at all locations I?ve visited!) I recently tried theSanta Barbara Char and was really impressed with all of the flavors. I?ll definitely order it again! Thank you for alwaysproviding a great experience no matter where I go! They were open till 11:00 p.m. which was great after a night hike. Steph was warm and thorough facility was clean and the food... was wonderful for the price. Lots of options for any type of dietary restrictions. Lots of vegetarian things on the menuincluding some gluten-free options. Read more
I've only been to Habit Burger Grill twice in my life. My first visit went actually very well. No complaints whatsoever. I tried... a new location near 7th Ave and McDowell. we decided to try some of their new items. The Char Santa Barbara Burger with OnionRings, the Grilled Peach Chicken Salad and a mango shake. The presentation was split. The salad and a burger looked good, butthe french fries and especially the onion rings were overcooked. The peach salad tasted good without the vinaigrette it camewith. There was something that didn't taste right with the Santa Barbara Burger. I was expecting more flavor but instead I had achemical taste. I don't know if it was just this burger or all Santa Barbara burgers tastes like this. The mango shake literallysaved the day. It was a surprisingly very good. I am not thrilled about visiting habit Burger Grill again, especially knowingthere's so many other choices. Maybe if I want a mango shake again I will revisit this establishment. Read more

I don't normally review chain restaurants, but I am so excited that they serve grilled cauliflower! Drizzled with a garlic cream... sauce and cooked on the grill; outstanding! Good to have a healthy side for once! The teriyaki burger was very good too! Read more
