The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the people behind the line make some amazingly delicious food! I've been to this... location 4 times and the burgers, fries, etc are always prepared well cooked and the flavors are delicious! Now, I don't everleave bad reviews but thought I had to in this case to warn others. Our last visit made us so upset for reasons that arecompletely avoidable. We never get ranch with our order (even after requesting it multiple times), the food usually sits therefor so long before it's brought out to you that it gets cold, and now during our last visit all of this happened -and- they wereout of shakes (which we had already paid for). Instead of a refund, we were told they couldn't do that and that we had to submitan email to get reimbursed. Well, it's been over a week and we haven't received a refund or any kind of communication back. Ourfood was cold, no ranch, no shake, the order was wrong and the manager just told us there was nothing he could do. Update:After writing the above review, we finally received a response to our request for a refund just for the food we did not receive(we also informed them about the wait time, cold food, bad service, etc). Habit informed us that they do not offer refunds butcan send us a gift card or credit toward our next purchase... Also, the response to my 2 star review here was met with anautomated suggestion that I should send an email to the same email we already contacted which didn't help. Serving overpriced raw food, that?s not just pink, it?s raw on the inside. I took one bite, spit it out, and tore the burger... open to find half the burger raw on the inside. Read more
Looking over my receipt and noticed that the BBQ bacon cheeseburger I ordered was going to be made with no bacon and no BBQ... sauce. When I asked for no additional toppings I didn't mean no BBQ and no bacon which I assumed would come on a BBQ baconcheeseburger! Great attention to detail!!! Not! Read more
I had to downgrade a previously slated 4 stars due to my most recent experience. I ordered online for curbside pickup. 1 Char w/... cheese + bacon, fries and a drink. A sundae. I didn't receive my regular drink. The burger looks like a Burger King throw offand the fries were burnt. I arrived to pick-up the order promptly. It would be different if we didn't have the ability to choosesuch specific options, however it's not a situation where the information can get missed as they have it all in print. It's rarefor me to indulge in fast food. Paying over $11 for such poor attention to detail makes me not want to again for some time. IREALLY wanted that iced tea too! Read more
Decided to stop in at Habit Burger for the first time today! Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very clean & friendly... environment, John helped us at the counter and was super nice and helpful! I ordered a double char cheeseburger with fries and astrawberry lemonade & my husband ordered the Santa Cruz burger? (I forget the name lol) & we got some chicken bites to share.Everything came out super hot and fresh and we enjoyed it on the patio! Got delivery took an hour to get the food. Only to get a burger that was completely soaked with juices and inedible due to a... mushy bun and a bag that completely got soaked through and broke at the bottom of the bag to where all my food fell on thefloor. The burgers were cooked so good. Took a little time but I was sure it was made to order so I waited patiently no longer than 10... min. I had time to get my drink and find a seat. It was my first time there and I loved my burger and fries were fresh too. ???? Read more
I have been to this location a few times (convenience, on my way to my next appointments) and each time there has been an issue... with my order. Today. I specifically asked about the two salad dressings for our two salads and I was assured they were both inthe bag. I had a strong feeling I needed to look, and when I did, sure enough I was missing one. The response from theemployee: "oh, we are out". I don't mind getting a different dressing at all, but if I hadn't looked in the bag to double checkwhat the employee told me, I would have gotten to my destination with one dressing for two salads.
