I went to pickup an order made through the Habit Burger app. I have been here only once before. It?s what you expect of a quick... burger joint. What really stood out was the manager. I?m unsure of his name, maybe Rafael it said somewhere I read. My ordernever came through to them and I ended up waiting 20 minutes after my designated pickup time despite getting a receipt emailedto me that the order was ready. This gentleman and his staff were accommodating and apologetic. It?s not their fault they didn?treceive the order but he remedied it with some coupon/rewards without being prompted. After my first time at The Habit Burger Grill, I left with a smile on my face. The charburger (#1) was delicious!! The patty was... grilled at the correct temp - no concern of undercooked meat as I saw in some other reviews, and the bun was perfectly toasted.The fries could have been a little crisper but that's a preference thing I guess. ???????The staff was kind and veryefficient. ????The price for the meal was reasonable as well. Called ahead to get a large order set up for a Sunday potluck. I was told that it would be ready to pick up Sunday morning at... 10:30. Showed up and no one was there, first employee didn?t even show up until 11:10 and then told me that the manager justhadn?t bothered to show up and that it would be at least another hour. The burger was great. The bun was perfectly toasted, The Patty was a bit thin though. The toppings were flavorful and... plentiful. The onion rings were excellently crisp, And the fries were delicious. The fruit drinks were a bit tart for myliking, But at least the fountain drinks didn't taste watered down like other places. Amazing experience, first time here and burgers are good! The caramelized onions were a perfect topping, not to mention the... burgers! Very good flavor highly recommend if your in the area at the time of this picture they had a special 4 burgers andfries with crispy chicken bites for $25+tax and outstanding customer service!
