They got busy quickly. Long wait for others but I was able to be seated right away at the bar . Awesome food! I ordered ribeye... and it was cooked to perfection! Both bartenders were pleasant. Good service. Read more
Food was really good, compliments to the chefs! How we ordered our steaks is actually how it came out but the service left a... lot to be desired. Our server seemed really nice at first but never willingly came back to our table even though we were rightbehind a server station. The one drink refill we got was cause we made her stop, I spent most of the meal with an empty glass. We saw our server 5 times in almost 2 hrs. Took our order for drinks, took our order for food, stopped her for refill, broughtour meal and when we stopped her again to get the bill and to go containers. Read more
Been coming to this location for years and only once had an issue with a waitress but we were overly compensated by management,... so kudos to them for that. Today though, I decided I'll leave my review. Came right in and was seated immediately. Service wasgreat, forgot the young lady's name but she was awesome. All of our (myself, my wife and 2 boys) food was cooked to perfection.First time I've ever had their boneless buffalo wings and boy oh boy that taste was amaaaaaaaaaaaazing! Note to employees, don't roll your eyes because I gave an 10% tip on a takeout order. If it wasn't for COVID I would have been... giving the 5% I used to. I ordered takeout (same order) twice in 8 days and both times picked up after 8 PM and 10 PM but theyseemed pretty busy both time. As I mentioned whoever was in charge of takeout was young and seemed disappointed I tipped $4 onmy $39 order. Everything was AMAZING hence going back the following Saturday. However the second time around I ordered onlineinstead of calling in so I didn't have to deal with paying there. First of all their parking is always full because they arebusy. It would be ideal to block off a few spots for pickup orders but I guess they don't get many. This is the only place Iknow that doesn't have parking for pickup. (They do offer delivery to your car.) The food was great but when I ordered my Caesarsalad it gives you the option for extra dressing and I chose it. I confirmed it was on the receipt yet as well as my request forextra croutons, yet what I received was the opposite, 3 croutons, yes 3 damn croutons, and only one cup of dressing. I just hadto take a picture for proof. Aside from that, the Ft Worth was amazing. The kids side of macaroni is literally Kraft with abouthalf the amount of cheese but thankfully a 4 yr old can't tell the difference. Long story short I've never had an issue diningin, so please support the industry, but avoid takeout if possible (I have a 2 yr old that won't sit still so I'm a few monthsaway from dining in). This place is amazing! Our server was perfect and the food was outstanding! I had the BBQ chicken and steak, my food was juicy... and cooked exactly how I ordered it. And how fast it came to our table was perfect timing because that place was packed buteverything was hot and tasty....I just feel like they shouldn't have to dance so much...it to me gets in the way. Great and efficient steakhouse. First time in but now I know. My service was par, but only in comparison to service at a fancy... steakhouse. So in terms of value? I had never to Texas Roadhouse. It was a hoot. Great energy from the staff. It is just a great big party. The food was not so... great. We were a party of 8 and everyone that ordered a steak, about 6, all were over cooked. I had a baked potato which was thetiniest baked potato I had ever seen. It was the size of a jumbo egg. I odered the corn which was inedible. My thick cut 8oz NYstrip was tiny as well. About 1-1/4 inch thick and about 3.5 inches round, yes it was round. The potato and it looked like aminiature dinner served on plate they barely cover a 3rd of it. It was great fun, just the food so so, at least it wasn'texpensive at all. Read more
