I've eaten at this place for over 15 years. I would have always given it a 5 star. I had the grilled chicken that was dry and... doubtful it was grilled today. I smothered it in hoisin sauce. Still dry. I told the server and she just said sorry. Nothing shewould do to exchange chicken for other protein. Just said sorry....some people use peanut sauce. I gave this place a shot based on its 4.5 star rating so it's my first time here. It's a fairly small place with high traffic in... and out. During my experience, the young lady at the register was helpful. After ordering and swiping my card, the registerasked for a tip for some odd reason. I assume taking my order is part of her job but I gave a tip anyway. I ordered the chickenPho and it came pretty quickly. Overall it's okay. It's got maybe 3-4 thin slices of chicken and barely any veggies to go withit. My biggest issue with it was how salty it was. Just burned going down due to the incredibly high salt content. It tastedfine. I have found better value for the price at places like Viet Kitchen and Fresh Mint. I don't foresee myself coming backhere again, but if you're desperate and in the area, it does the job. If you're looking for a more comfortable restaurantatmosphere or better value in terms of food content for price, I'd consider other places before this one. They're alright. Hopethat helps. Read more
Was super excited to try a new spot, and it was new to Grubhub with mostly good reviews, so figured I would give it a chance. I... should have read Yelp reviews though first because a lot of people said broth was too salty, and indeed it was! I forced myselfto eat it bc I did not want to just throw away, and added a TON of hoisin sauce which helped a bit. I ordered Pho with rare beefand the beef came wrapped in two separate bags..I do not know if they gave me an extra, but there was 2, with 3 pieces of meatin each.... meat did not taste good, gave to my dogs. The thai iced tea w boba was NOT worth $6.50. Overall I felt I wasted mymoney. Would not order again. Overpriced food, not great quality. Read more
