I'm not sure why however, every time I come around lunch time the service is never good. I am not asked if I need anything in... addition to my initial food and drink order. It's literally as if I am not even here during lunch time, I am ignored that much.And I would consider myself a very frequent regular. Were it not for the food and the close proximity to the neighborhood it isin, my lunch time experiences would not make me a repeat customer. We walked in and ordered at the podium and then were seated. The food was good but the paper plates and napkins were thin and... small. I will definitely go again. But will need to bring a paper plate and napkin from home. Read more
The carne asada quesadilla is good but the cashiers are not very helpful and they are rude. She dumped the second quesadilla on... me. I called the manager/owner to discuss the situation and he said, you got your $8 back for the quesadilla right? Read more
Mondays are half off margaritas and 20% off tacos on Taco Tuesdays. Tried out the pastor and carne asada - the vote is carne... asada by far. Good flavor and good size taco all around. Salsa bar is not as functional but it works - no green salsa which abummer and the had two red salsa that don?t taste like like salsa - how does that happen. Deeper red salsa lacked flavor and thelighter one seemed like it was watered down which is weird. Nonetheless carne asada is the go to if I ever revisit. Read more
Unprofessional staff, unfortunately I keep coming back because the food is actually good but they can?t get my order right. I?m... always missing something and the wait is ridiculous. The manager/ owner doesn?t seem to concerned since I?ve called and sharedmy concerns multiple times. We walked in the store n placed n order wanting to try good tacos,it was not busy at all approximately 4 customers.we wait and... more than 20 min pass by.I could hear the cook say what is this customer waiting for.the host repeats the order back to the cookand the cook says their food is right there.the hosts scrambled and placed our order in bag just to find sloppy tacos andincomplete order.we try to call back but busy.we explain the situation to the hosts n says she will contact her boss.... 15minutes more later they continue to leave me on hold and I have to call back again just for her to say our boss will only refundthe missing items which was rice and beans.we where upset at the lack of care from the business owner.even after saying we willreturn our entire order because we where that displeased with the service.and refused to do so.this is how these businessesowners to businesses.terrible customer service.tacos don?t even look good or presentable.not coming back TACO CHIWAS has bettertacos Read more
My very first time here. Great flavors, great atmosphere. Came here for my sister's bday. Recommended by a close long term... friend. We all had a blast. I don't usually like margaritas but they have different flavor options and I absolutely lovedeverything we had. Definitely recommend this place. Read more
The menu is simple but they do everything so well. They have the best carne asada and al pastor that I've had in the Valley.... Yeah sometimes the service is a bit off but the prices are very reasonable to offset that complaint for me. Plus the food comesout fast, margaritas are tasty, and the beer selection is good too. This is our go-to spot now for Mexican food or, really, ingeneral. Read more
