Great atmosphere with the live sport TV's, Great location - next door to the best Beer Bar in Dtphx (Whining Pig). Service is... not the best if you order from your app - numerous times I've ordered ahead on the app and ended up waiting 15+ minutes...andthey don't call your app order out, you literally have to watch them make it and put it on the app counter - then get someone'sattention to give it to you. Store is very clean and it's located 200 yards from the Suns arena and 2 blocks from the Dbacks so,got to give them credit for doing very well being in a high input/output location. Read more
I really want to love this Taco Bell cantina, but I have been twice after night events downtown and did not receive my food.... Both times it was clear things were very mismanaged and the team was simply overwhelmed by the sheer volume of people orderingin person, on the kiosks, and mobile pickup. It was a comical scene of hungry people waiting for their food, while workers keptcalling out name and food combinations that did not match anyone?s order. We got a refund after an hour of not receiving ourfood and being told it was no longer in their food queue. ??????????? This might not be the case for a weekday lunch, but Iwill not be returning to Taco Bell cantina for a late night snack even though the baja blast was simply delightful ???? Read more
Pretty standard Taxo Bell, except they serve alcohol. The prices for alcohol were actually really good. They had pitchers for... like $8, amd their alcoholic frozen drinks were pretty cheap too. The atmosphere there isn't too fun, and it's really brightinside, which isn't my ideal drinking environment, but they have a small patio area outside that would make a nice "pre-game"spot. The service was fairly slow, and the cash registers weren't manned when I walked in, so I had to wait until someone cameup (which took about 5 minutes). I?ve now had two trips to this location ending with me not getting the food I ordered. First time they told me (after already... ordering and paying in the app) they didn?t have half of the items that were in my order. These things happen so I didn?t caretoo much. But this last visit, they didn?t make my drink, and when I politely reminded the guy that gave me food, he justignored me and walked away. After standing there for 5 minutes, I guess he understood I wasn?t leaving, so he finally made thedrink. Turns out it wasn?t even the drink I ordered. Definitely not coming back to this location. Where is experience ever if I could put in those stars I would I didn?t even get half of my order and whatever I got was... extremely disgusting. I am a fan of Taco Bell, but not at this location. This food and service was disgusting. The workers arelazy. It really defeats the whole purpose of getting a food delivery. If you don?t get your order correct and you have to goback and drive to get more food. What a waste. Read more
Waited 45 minutes for my food. When I asked where my order is manager just said it's gonna be a long wait...the places was... empty...management needs to stop caring about pouring beers and start managing staff to make food...wish I could give it a zero Read more

One thing that makes this Taco Bell stand out is their staff. They are so lively and amazing that they lighten up your mood... instantly. The manager was amazing as he was singing out the orders and kept the staff moving and happy. The way they talk toeach other is also great. This is true example of a high functioning staff despite the busier than usual wait time. Keep up thegood work!! The food and drinks are also great too. The store is clean as well. There is TV that keeps the costumersentertained. There are enough seats for a busy crowd as well. I would 100% go out of my way to come to this Taco Bell. Read more
