I only allow myself Taco Bell 1-2 times per yr. So when I do actually go I want my experience to be worth it. This location is... my go to place for yrs now as its close to home. Normally the food is good as well as the service. But unfortunately today I gothome and received a soggy mess of my burrito supreme and crunchy (not so crunchy I'm afraid) taco supreme combo. Honestly, thewhole time I'm eating the burrito I couldn't help but think "did someone spit inside my burrito and lick the outside for goodmeasure?? Did I have an attitude when ordering? No, I'm pretty sure I was quite pleasant and kind." So I call them up to speakwith the manager about it, two times in a row and neither time did they bother to pick up. So, I call corporate office and amplaced on hold for 15 minutes before finally hanging up. Which is when I decided to write this review. I'm a business owner of28 yrs here in the downtown Phoenix area. I give great service and expect the universe to bring it back around to me. I dontmake a habit of writing bad reviews, unless I exhaust all other means of correcting the situation by trying to speak with theestablishment first, to no avail - as that's how I would want my clients to handle a negative experience...give me a opportunityto correct it before rushing to the internet and writing something that will forever be there for others to base their opinionon what I possibly wrote. This location always gets my order wrong. How did the $5 cravings box end up being a tiny beef cheese burrito with a taco? Isn't... it a chalupa, burrito, and a hard taco? My fault for not checking my order before I drive off but why do I have to feel the needto even check it? It's suppose to be an easy smooth process. What?s up with this location? Taco Supremes are always made wrong as regular. Never get to see the menu as they have someone... aimlessly taking orders outside before you can get to the menu. This ain?t no in n out and there are only 2 cars in line totalmost of the time. Let me look at the menu and stop screwing up orders! Read more
EDIT: been going back recently and they have improved greatly. I order a 5-layer with no sour cream and they have not missed it... a single time and my partner has a slightly complicated order that is always made correctly as well. Normally hasn?t been a badplace but recently it has gone extremely down hill. The burritos and tacos only have enough filling to fill half of what it issupposed to and I?ve also been given the wrong order the last two times I have been. This place!! My taco bell no longer sells the combo I like. So I called ahead to see if this location did and they do. They... were completely packed. This has to be the busiest taco bell. Which made me nervous about the quality of food. Regardless ofhow slammed they were the food was the best I have had in a long time. My kids all said the same thing. Needless to say thisis now our taco bell spot! The manager has this place down! I would strongly recommend this location. Read more
Someone took my order but the staff here listened to my situation and kindly gave me a new one. Multiple staff took time to... understand, but there was one female chef I am especially grateful for who quickly and kindly told me she would make me a neworder and pay for it if needed (I wish I caught her name, unfortunately I did not). The staff here are kind and the place iskept very clean. If I ever have a late-night craving for Taco Bell again, this will be my destination. Read more
This Taco Bell is ridiculous. They have a person stand outside and take your order. The person is standing in the dark with a... tiny menu when the larger menu with all of the options are just feet away. This new system makes me not want to come to TacoBell. I feel cheated because I couldn?t figure out the combinations off a menu that I can barely see. Not only is thisfrustrating for me as a customer but it is dangerous for their employees to be standing in the dark late at night. Taco Bellshould be ashamed of itself. Read more
