To be fair I am not the one to ask about Taco Bell. They removed my Verde salsa there went strike one(told myself "ok well they... still have the crunch wrap"), featured a ranch "fusion" sauce (strike two), and directly after my locos taco was taken from me Iwas out (witch was formally enjoyed in my gordita as the crunch) . I am in the industry and the service at this location is below 1 star ordered on the taco bell app for pick up and the doors are... locked with a sign informing you to go thru the drive thru I would not have ordered on the app if I wanted to go through thedrive thru I would have they made me walk my bicycle threw the drive thru and they told me that they did not have my order theso called manager came to the window and told me to go to the next window 5 minutes later they told me that they cold not makemy whole order I asked for the manager again and asked him to refund my order he said that he could not because I ordered fromthe taco bell app and they don't deal with the app. I know from first hand experience that my company's app is the only onethat I can refund from. Most people are doing this but if you use the App for Taco Bell you're gonna get so many options to choose from to customize... your order and it comes out so fresh and perfect every time you can get black beans and all kinds of sauce as you've never evenseen on the menu. You can make it healthier and of course less healthy lol. Either way you're gonna be so much happier if youuse the app a guarantee it that's what I do and it comes out fresh like I said every time. Would not recommend this place the customer service is just horrible they are rude and so unorganized one manager says one thing... and another say another they don't seem like they followed taco bell policy correctly. They get upset if I changed up my ordercause I didn't want no sour cream on my deluxe box and they guy at window was mocking me. Saying I messed up and got it switchedup. I never experienced this type of customer service the girl at the window was great she apologized and thank us for ourservice. Read more
I ordered 2 Supreme burritos no sauce no onion . I had the pleasure of having Crystal who took my order . I believe that was... her name. She was very friendly , asked how I was doing, repeated my order and confirmed and asked if everything on the screenwas correct . She provided excellent customer Service however when I got my food it was smothered in onions and sauce whichwasnt what I ordered. It is very important to pay attention to the order and ensure the order is correct because customers mayhave food allergies or cannot have certain foods in their diet. Always an issue at this Taco Bell, Ordered the cantina melt taco box but the cantina taco had no fkn meat in it, just cheese,... lettuce, tomatoes and more cheese. The meat in the other two tacos were cold. Tried to call but no one answered. Won?t go backto that location again. Read more
