They removed my Verde salsa there went strike one(told myself "ok well they... still have the crunch wrap"), featured a ranch "fusion" sauce (strike two), and directly after my locos taco was taken from me Iwas out (witch was formally enjoyed in my gordita as the crunch) . I am in the industry and the service at this location is below 1 star ordered on the taco bell app for pick up and the doors are... locked with a sign informing you to go thru the drive thru I would not have ordered on the app if I wanted to go through thedrive thru I would have they made me walk my bicycle threw the drive thru and they told me that they did not have my order theso called manager came to the window and told me to go to the next window 5 minutes later they told me that they cold not makemy whole order I asked for the manager again and asked him to refund my order he said that he could not because I ordered fromthe taco bell app and they don't deal with the app. I know from first hand experience that my company's app is the only onethat I can refund from. Most people are doing this but if you use the App for Taco Bell you're gonna get so many options to choose from to customize... your order and it comes out so fresh and perfect every time you can get black beans and all kinds of sauce as you've never evenseen on the menu. You can make it healthier and of course less healthy lol. Either way you're gonna be so much happier if youuse the app a guarantee it that's what I do and it comes out fresh like I said every time.
