My order got messed up, so I called and told them i was missing some items. I was on lunch break from work, so i didn't have... time to go back. I asked for the manager and the girl on the phone said she was the manager. I asked if i could get my moneyrefunded, and she said NO. I would have to speak to her manager. So I asked who her manager was. She said "I'm not allowed togive out that information" So i asked her for her name. Again "I'm not allowed to give out that information".... Give me abreak. Not a huge fan of this location because there are always sketchy people hanging around. I order online for pickup in the drive... thru for this reason. Not to mention it is August in AZ and hot as hell. Why offer drive thru pick up if you are going to put asign up demanding people come inside to get their orders. I understand requiring third party delivery apps to pickup inside butI will not order here again if this is the way you treat people with mobile orders. Someone may do drive thru pickups becausethey can't get out of the car. Then my order was missing and item, I got no receipt copy and the worst offense of all is makingthe switch to Pepsi products. Not sure where the "5" made up stars are coming from, (maybe the employees are posting 5 stars.) The worse service and the worse... manager. Ghetto staff unprofessional Manger. My husband went into the with concerns. There were multiple employees yelling athim, they refused to give store location number, and refused to speak in a calm professional manner. Just went through the drive-thru and they messed up my special order and didn't give me my two extra cheeses. When I returned... and let them know they had messed up the lady running the drive-thru gave me attitude and told me I was a liar she watched themput it in the bag. When I question if it was their policy to call their customer liars and raise my voice she didn't sayanything else. I did mention how it used to be when a play screwed up they gave you a free drink or something for free now all Iwant is what I paid for and they still tried not to give it to me. Decided to come here today and this girl looked right at when we are trying to order at the register. Said something under her... breath, and said ?we only take orders at the kiosk? then proceeds to pick her nose and chew gum over customers food. Will notcome here again. Don?t waist your time or money, they like no interactions here with their customers. Want the bathroomunlocked? Think again, you have to wait at the counter another 15mins to get someone, who ever the hell works here to comeunlock it for you. Since they ?don?t take orders at the register? if you are at the counter they will not acknowledge you areeven there. The workers will just look at the wall behind you all dumbfounded.
