3 in the afternoon and the doors were locked told me I had to go thru the drive thru. Even tho I had to use the ladies room ... went thru the drive thru only to see them letting ppl in the door so I parked again and went inside only to find restroom waslocked. Went to ask for a key only to be almost yelled at that they didn't have a restroom???? I will never ever go to anothertaco bell ever again. I'm just as satisfied with Del Taco. Cheaper anyways. I haven't always had great luck at this location, but this review is mainly about tonight. Ickus and I just visited my local... Taco Bell drive-thru to get a late snack and the staff was so nice to my dog I wanted to cry. I love when he gets positiveattention, he was even smiling back to the crew. They never open on time in the mornings and have you wait at the drive through without saying they?ll be with you or if you can... please wait. and when I came in the afternoon I Asked to use the restroom and they only have employee bathrooms, do they reallyneed 3 bathrooms for only employees. The most squared away Fast Food restaurant I have ever been at. The Management must be top notch. The staff was friendly the... entire inside was sparkling clean even the head ( bathroom ). It never fails whenever I'm in the Drive-Thru and I request sour cream on my bean burrito, I never get sour cream but I always... get charged. And I'm not exactly sure what the problem is with my order because I usually repeat it three times and yet happensevery single time. Other than that, the daytime shift is great, the food is always good and when dining inside the dining roomis always clean! It's the night shift drive thru people that never get orders correct so no more TB nights... Read more
